Our family first discovered the What s in the Bible? DVDs as we searched for a video series to use with children during a small Bible study. As we watched the first DVD we realized what a gem we had stumbled upon. All of the kids loved these DVDs, and so do my husband and I. We think these DVDs are so engaging and informative that we also use the What s in the Bible? DVDs as part of our homeschool studies. To help make sure our kids are learning I ve created these review flashcards for each DVD section. DVD 8: Words to Make Us Wise! Part 2: Wisdom from Above These What s in the Bible? flashcards were developed to help kids remember the key concepts from each DVD. Instructions: 1. Print pages 3, 4 and 5 on white cardstock. 2. Place the printed pages back into your printer so that pages 6, 7, and 8 will print on the back of pages 3, 4, and 5. You may need to consult your owner s manual or simply do a test run with regular paper and grayscale/ quick printing to make sure the cards line up correctly. Each card has a number in the corner and the front and back numbers should match up. 3. Print pages 6, 7, and 8. 4. Cut the cards apart on the gray lines (these are only on the question side). 5. Laminate each card for added durability. Optional: Punch a hole in the top left corner of each card and organize the flashcards on book rings. Pages 9 and 10 are blank for your own questions and answers or for you to use to help older children review by creating their own flashcards. We suggest printing pages 9 and 10 front to back, cutting them out and then writing the questions and answers it s much less confusing that way :)
