December 9, 2011 I have been a residential client of Hollenbeck Pest Control for approximately 2 years and would highly recommend James and his crew. They are friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and most important to me, responsive. I am on the Maintenance Program and find it to be reasonably priced. I enjoy the security of knowing normal pest control issues are avoided by regular treatments. Newburgh,N.y. 12550 To whom it may concern, I own Adams Algonquin Plaza in Newburgh, N.Y. and Hollenbeck Pest Control has service all of our pest control needs for the last 4 years. Prior to Hollenbeck Pest Control, we had another pest control company to service the plaza. I had an ongoing rodent problem and birds getting up under our ease opening. This was causing serve damage and a mess to our plaza. I was having monthly services and various other services to help with this problem and they just couldn't get it under control. When I researched why it wasn't getting any better, I discover that they were billing me for services that were not being performed.
