Page 2. Pastoral Challenge #1: Worksheets for Parish Goals and Action Steps Please note: One Worksheet must be completed for each pastoral challenge to be addressed. Pastoral Challenge to be addressed: Evangelization Rationale for Choosing this Priority Area: Contemporary teaching of the Church emphasizes the necessity of a new evangelization in order to wake up the community to a zealous life of faith as a parish community. We want in this lively current teaching to enable a connection with the Church. Awake parishioners to be more involved and responsible for parish life. Statement of the First Goal to be achieved: Strengthen relationship with Jesus and between parishioners as well as the community. Conscious life of faith, with active inclusion in the religious life of the parish, and experience the love of God. Action Step# 1 to achieve the Goal: New Evangelization Retreats beginning October 6, 2016. Eight weeks charismatic retreats of healing prayer to choose Jesus as the master of your life, and prayer for the revival of the Holy Spirit. Strengthen our Charismatic Group to awaken people to be closer to Jesus. This kind of retreat to be repeated annually. Summary Information for Action Step #1: Timeline for completion : Nine months Responsible person/rafal Bronowicz and Monica Nawrocka, Fr. Michal Nowak
