NOACC is the largest independent cham- ber association in the United States affiliated with more than 120 Chambers of Commerce in Northern Ohio. It organizes and sponsors the annual Community Festival, and hosts the State of the City Address. Recognizing the importance of education, each year the Chamber offers scholarships to graduating high school seniors, and also sponsors the annual North Royalton City Schools Report.
