Promptings We welcome Ellen Di Giosia to the CBCFC pulpit this Sunday morning. Ellen will preach in the Catalyst service and her sermon will be simulcast in the Classic service. The Reverend Ellen Di Giosia serves as Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church, Jefferson City, Tennessee. Ellen began her ministry there on August 1, 2017. Previously, she served as Associate Pastor for Formation at Woodland Baptist Church, San Antonio, Texas. Ellen earned a B.A. from Mississippi College and the M.Div. from Truett Theological Seminary. Over the course of her ministerial service, she has provided leadership in music, children s ministry, capital needs projects, and Christian formation. Ellen and I are conducting a pulpit swap. I will preach at FBC Jefferson City today. FBC Jefferson City and CBCFC have a long history of multiple connections. I m glad to be able to continue the tradition.
