Open our hearts so that we may enjoy the gifts You have given us and see the beauty around us in all Your creation. May we give thanks for the daily gifts of good food, family and friends and, especially, enjoy these gifts with thanksgiving. May we never take for granted the comfort of our homes, the blessings of our family and the knowledge of Your love. And though we sometimes feel the stress of our duties and cares, thank You for the grace You give us to see them through. At one o clock, a foil-wrapped box of her favorite chocolates arrived. Later in the afternoon, a boutique delivered a designer dress. The woman couldn t wait for her husband to come home.
