Today, we offer the opportunity to live and study as part of a Christian community in the vibrant city of Edinburgh. Our aim is to help students develop as God-focussed, Christ-centred, Spirit-filled, Bible-saturated people. Our graduates enter a life of service in a range of missionary organisations across the globe. Some join The Faith Mission, some work in children s and youth ministry and others take on the roles of pastor and preacher in a local church setting. If you are considering full-time or part-time study for Christian ministry, we d be delighted to hear from you. You ll find courses that are biblical, practical and transformational. The college community is small enough to maintain a family atmosphere and all the staff are committed to helping you make the most of your time at college and benefit in every way possible. FMBC is an exciting place to study, with a strong focus on the ministry needs of the 21 st century. Our passion is to train and equip contagious servants of Jesus Christ for evangelism, mission and ministry. Read on to find out more about what is on offer at FMBC and how you can apply to join one of our courses. Robert Murdock : Principal

I came looking for a qualification, I left with so much more. To be in God s work, we need minds filled with His Word, we need hearts delighting in and responding to His Spirit, and we need hands equipped and experienced for frontline work in peoples lives. All these things and more are what I gained from my time at FMBC. I only wish I could do it again and get even more out of it! David Nixon : former student

Before college, I had trained as a motor mechanic so I didn t come with an academic background. The mix of written course work and practical experience was a stretch, certainly, but in a good way: it turned out to be a major growing exercise. Living in close community with the other students was also a great preparation for work, as we learned how to get along together. Looking back, the thing that has stayed with me from my time at college was the emphasis on living your faith and sharing your faith. The focus on evangelism has been a major influencing factor which has shaped every aspect of life and work since then. It wasn t all just theory, but truth for life. Stephen Walker : former student Since graduating from FMBC in 1998, Stephen and Cynthia Walker have worked with Faith Mission in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Norfolk and Suffolk.
