Area One Christchurch Primary School's Vision Statement To establish a centre of excellence by developing a Christian ethos which encourages self-evaluation and enables ALL individuals to develop fully their potential intellectually, physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually, placing Christchurch school, together with the Parish Church, as a beacon of hope and light, at the heart of the local community. Peace Mala is entirely consistent with our Christian ideals. Becoming a Peace Mala School is part of the whole School Development Plan approved of by staff and the Governing Body. Community Links Gower College delivers an inspiring performance to promote saving our world by recycling. A workshop enabled Christchurch pupils to learn more and get involved.
At the Vetch garden, pupils help grow vegetables and look after animals and insects. Pupils become aware of sustainability and its importance in our world. A commitment to reducing waste.

Our School Councillors Our School Ambassadors visited Margam Country Park and met the Children's Commissioner for Wales, Keith Towler.
Year 1 children look at the poppies and ask 'What are the flags for?' in Christ Church. Silence in the Square, Swansea. Year 5 & 6 children joined others in a mark of respect for those who fought for peace.
