FOUNDER : PROFILE OF LJC FOUNDATION (CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL MEDICAL AND RESEARCH TRUST) Br. PALANCHA SAMUEL is a bornagain believer, born in a Christian family and at a young age of 12 years accepted Lord Jesus Christ as his Saviour. Since then he is living in the fear of the Lord and following the teachings of Lord Jesus Christ and trying to please the Lord in all his life. As he started tasting the love of the Lord from young age, he wants to showforth and share the same love to fellow believers and human beings immaterial of cast, creed and color to reflect Lord Jesus Christ through his personal life, so that Lord s name be glorified. For the past 33 years, he has been teaching and ministering the love of the Lord to fellow believers and friends, when ever the opportunity is given to minister them. ORIGIN : He was very much impressed by the love and teachings of Lord Jesus Christ and His New Commandment to «love one another» and also touched by His instruction to «love your enemies». As per these teachings and instructions, he was always helping and assisting fellow believers and man kind ceaseless. Then, a thought came in his mind, why not start a Foundation to fulfill the teachings and instructions of Lord Jesus Christ of LOVE ONE ANOTHER and LOVE YOUR ENEMIES. So, after much prayer and waiting upon the Lord, got this name and decided to start LORD JESUS CHRIST FOUNDATION to serve all freely. LEGAL STATUS : The LORD JESUS CHRIST FOUNDATION (LJCF) has the legal status and recognition under Indian Trust Act 21 of 1860 and 2001, and incorporated on 28th August, 2008., at Registrar of Societies, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, with Registration No.727, dated 28-08-2008. The LJCF will be run by the Family Memebrs of the Founder, as it is only a Family Foundation/Trust. OBJECTIVES : To provide Pastors/Preachers to Churches, where ever Christian Believers required. To provide place of a Worship, whereever the Christian Believers are there and in need. To support for advancement of Christian Believers to follow the teaching of Lord Jesus Christ «LOVE ONE ANOTHER» and for spiritual enlightment to love every one. To fund endowed Christian Students by supporting them monitorly and giving them scholarships to improve their life standard in spirit and truth. To establish Christian Orphanage, Home for Aged, Destitute and Widows care center.

page -2- To help Christian Blind, Physically handicaped and to rehabitate Special need persons. To grant relief to Christian victims of natural calamities, plagues, droughts and floods. To setup Christian Community Bank to assist and support economically poor and want to improve their life standard by establishing companies and provide employment. To provide Christian Community Schools, wherever it is required for the erradication of illiteracy and betterment of the Community. To provide Christian Community Colleges and Universities to improve the higher education of individuals to achieve thier goals and dreams. To provide Christian Community Health Care Centers, Clinics and Hospitals to improve their health standard and to assist them in case of emergency medical need.. To provide Christian Community Housing to christians, who do not have any shelter as nobody concerned about their sleeping at Road side, Railway track side and encroaching empty lands in temporary shelters made of Cartoons, wood and Sheets. To provide and supply daily needs of the Christians by settingup Super Markets and Cooperative Stores of the food items at affordable prices.. To eliminate poverty alleviation through humanitarian actions and financial support. BENEFITTING GROUPS : Down trodden communities in general and christian community in particular, who are in need of spiritual enlightment, financial support, educational provision, medical care and care of Aged, Destitutes, Widows, Orphans, Disabled, Physically handicapped and Special needs required persons immaterial of cast, colour and creed. THE PRESENT COMMITMENTS : 1. Pastors/Preachers for Churches, wherever required by Christian believers for their spiritual advancement and enlightment. 2. Repair, Maintain and Construct churches, wherever required by Christians for fellowship to worship their Lord. 3. Scholarships to deserving Students for imporving their educational qualifications. 4. Shelter for Aged, Women, Children, Blind, Physically handicapped, Mentally chalenged, Disabled and Destitutes of Christians, wherever it is required. 5. Relief to victims of floods, earth quake, famine, plagues and natural calamities. 6. Community Bank to support and fund the Christians, who want to imporve their status and life by doing business and establishing industries. 7. Community Schools, wherever required for the education of the Christian children. 8. Community Colleges and Universities for the advancement of education and for the attainment of individulas, who like to have higher qualifications.

All the above Objectives, Commitments and Activities will be financed from the Founders income freely to every body. But, if any one willingly wants to support by Donating funds to the LJC Foundation, will be accepted and used only for the LJC Foundation Activities. PERMANENT ACCOUNT NUMBER : The Permanant Account Number for paying the Tax has been obtained for Lord Jesus Christ Foundation. The PAN Card Number AAAAL2959G, any time the Income Tax can be paid in reference to the Pan Card Number. TAX EXEMPTION CLAUSE : Tax exemptions, such as 12A, 80G, 33 1 & 2, 35 A & C are not yet obtained due to the delay in starting the work on Lord Jesus Christ Foundation. But, it is now under processing these exemptions to be obtained very soon. And also to process FCRA to facilitate to receive any Foreign funds to LJCF Account.
