Mission: Our mission is to collectively unveil to people their real potential, with love; by restoring their true identity, freedom, and purpose through the grace of God. To evangelize is to spread the Good News that Jesus Christ died for our sins and was raised from the dead according to the Scriptures, and that as the reigning Lord he now offers the forgiveness of sins and the liberating gift of the Spirit to all who repent and believe. 2 KEY CHARACTERISTICS OF EVANGELISM We are commanded to do the work (Matt. 28:16-20, Mark 16:14-18, Luke 22:44-49, Acts 1:8 and John 20:19-23) God alone is responsible for the results (Matthew 4:19) Success in evangelism is simply taking the initiative to share the gospel in the power of the Holy Spirit and leaving the results to God.

Leadership Role: INVEST GODLY KNOWLEDGE INTO OUR PEOPLE, THEN RELEASE THEM TO SOW INTO THE LIVES OF OTHERS HOW WILL WE INVEST GODLY KNOWLEDGE INTO OUR PEOPLE: SELECT ASSOCIATE CONSECRATE IMPARTATE DEMONSTRATE DELEGATE SUPERVISE HARVEST Selection: God has chosen each one of us for a particular purpose. He has called us out of darkness into his marvelous light that we would praise him. Luke 6:11 says he chose from the masses twelve. Men would be his method of winning the world to God. He has chosen us for this assignment.
Associated with the selected: Matthew 28:20 says that Lo, I am with you always. To know the disciples he had chosen, he had to associate himself with them. Knowledge was gained through association. Our plan is to spend the quality TIME needed to invest in you the principles and concepts of the Word needed to be successful in evangelism. Consecration: (set apart): Christ told his disciples to take my yoke upon you and learn of me to bear the cross set before them (Matt. 11:29). We will continue to challenge you to keep yourself set apart to the work of God resulting in a spiritual readiness for impartation by dedicating TIME to fasting and praying. Impartation: (giving himself into them). As we perform the will of God, the spirit of love will be imparted into you which will spill over to each expected convert. Additionally, we will impart more knowledge and understanding of the word of God. Demonstrate: We will demonstrate before you the love of Christ. In so doing, the example of prayer, fasting and seeking the face of God will be relevant to you daily. Living a balanced life through Christ that demonstrates the fruit of the Spirit will be exemplified to you. Delegation:
You will be given a specific work area to perform in. After receiving the necessary training, you will be expected to perform with excellence to the glory of God. Supervision: The goal is to assess growth for further training and monitoring. We will have quarterly evaluations for progress and support. Harvest: Expectation: To be able to produce fruit for the kingdom (John 15:16). To give account for the work that has been done by looking at the souls that have been won and disciples created. The excitement of reaching outside the building now formulates into reality. As the members are trained, empowered, motivated and driven by enthusiasm to share the good news of Jesus Christ; the overall ambiance of A Move of God, International will glow within them. Finally, this magnetic atmosphere will become contagious and draw people to see what is happening inside the building. Additional Leadership training in the present roles will begin also. Initially, we will visit together in Iron Building Sessions to build knowledge and sharpen our skills in our given profession. Our Vision success will be determined by the motivation and coaching we can offer our team. All Leadership will be required to attend different classes and conferences set throughout the year for growth purposes, so that we can be abreast of different methods of evangelism that will enhance the territory God has given us to oversee.
