Second Sunday of Easter First Lesson Acts 4:32-35 Psalm 133 Epistle 1 John 1:1-2:2 Gospel John 20:19-31 April 7, 2013 Jesus Paid It All Good morning to you, we are all in our places, this beautiful 1 st Sunday after Easter, Communion Sunday. Come ye that love the Lord Jesus Christ who has done so much for us. Let our prayers forever be, telling our Savior, how much we love, praise and thank Him for all that He has done for us. Thank you Jesus for everything. We Love you! Happy Second Sunday of Easter! Now the day is over, night is drawing near. Shadows of the evening steal across the sky. Jesus, give the weary calm and sweet repose; with thy tenderness blessing, may our eye lids close. Jesus arose: He arose with healing in his hands, Up from the grave and He has gone to prepare a place for you and for me. There is a blessed story of rendering love how it keeps us thinking of the joys above, how it lightens sorrow, trouble, grief and care. Jesus lets us know He is there. Let us tell it, sing it, shout it everywhere we go. Jesus is coming back to gather His own. Let us all be prepared to go back with Him singing and shouting and praising His name. Let us sing and praise His Holy name. Holy Father, Holy Son, Holy Spirit three in one. What a glad time that will be when we all get to heaven and we will be seated at Jesus feet. Singing and praising His name as we onward go. We will sing the wondrous story of the Christ who died for us. How He left His home in glory for the cross of Calvary. We were lost but Jesus found us, His sheep that went astray threw His loving arms around us, drew us back into His way. We were bruised, but Jesus healed us. We like sheep had gone astray but the Savior carried us back to the pasture. Dear St. Paulians and Friends, Do you want to see Jesus, to look upon His face? Do you want to thank Him for all that He has done, is doing, and what He is going to do? Do you know that we are all going to understand it better by and by? Do you know that Jesus is real, real in your soul? Jesus is real and He will be real in your soul, heart and mind if we will let Him come in not only at Easter time but forevermore. In the Passover chambers, Jesus for tells His coming for His own. John 14 1 Let not your hearts be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2 For in my Father s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. 4 And whither I go ye know and the way ye know. 6 Jesus saith unto him. I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:1-4, 6 Hallelujah Jesus is the way. Jesus and the Father are one. Amen Amen Amen Members from the Prayer Ministries will be available Sunday mornings after worship service in the Prayer Chapel for anyone who desires prayer for self or others.
