High Level Project Requirements At a high level, there are two pathways to building the new church: Planning Efforts and Financial Support Planning Efforts This entails the work the building teams and council is undertaking with Miller (e.g., drawings, bids, permits ) Financial Support This requires the congregation to give what was pledged
Construction Background Per the June 5 th letter, a survey of our existing building was conducted by the Building Ministry team. During this survey, it was found there are many areas of the building that need immediate attention and repairs cannot wait for the original project plan to happen. Replacement of our siding, windows, exterior doors, and other exterior components of our building needs to be done soon to prevent damage to the interior of the building
Phase 1 Highlights Specific exterior improvements include New insulation, siding, windows, doors, soffit, gutters and fascia. Specific interior improvements include New ceilings, flooring, fire protection, lighting, heating and cooling systems, painting and other repairs as needed to give All Saints a modern interior.
