It is prompted by love, both for God s Word and for His people since it seeks to prevent spiritual damage to those who do not recognize the true body and blood of Christ in, with, and under the bread and wine in this Holy Supper (1 Corinthians 11:29). As part of this process, an organized harvest is required to maintain a healthy forest. It has been more than ten years since the St. Paul School Forest was harvested and it is ready to be done again. The committee is looking for qualified loggers. If you know of anyone who would be interested in bidding for the job, have them submit their contact information to the school office. We would like to have the logs harvested this winter but that will depend on the schedule of the winning bidder. Backpack Blessing of Bonduel could use your help... 1. Pray for those children in need of meals over the weekend, away from the meals offered at school. 2. Donate your time. Backpacks are packed weekly. Would you or your family be willing to help in packing the backpacks for a week or a month? 3. Donate food or money. As you can imagine, it takes a lot to fill 82 backpacks each week. Donations of money or food items (applesauce cups, individual boxes of cereal, instant oatmeal, breakfast bars, juice boxes, pudding cups, snack size vegie and fruit cups, single serving pasta meals, cans of soup, ramen noodles, etc) would be greatly appreciated.
