Doerksen (SEE INSERT) WELCOMING WORDS / OPENING PRAYER 1 Chuck Helms, lay reader One: The heavens are telling the glory of God. Many: May our worship reflect God s glory. One: The firmament proclaims God s handiwork. Many: May we see each other as the handiwork of God. One: Let our prayer and praise, our singing and proclamation project the love of God. Many: We commune with Christians around the world, with Christians throughout time. One: With Christians across geography and across time, Many: Let us worship! One: Whoever you are, wherever you are on life s journey, you are welcome here at Lyonsville Congregational UCC. Let us pray together: Many: Holy and gracious God, let us be open to your presence among your people, those gathered for worship, and all of your people, throughout your creation. May we receive you fully and respond to you wholeheartedly. * Those who are able, please stand.

THE LORD S PRAYER (use the words most familiar to you) United with followers of Jesus in many times and places, we join together in the prayer Jesus taught: Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory forever. Amen. *PASSING THE PEACE OF CHRIST CHURCH ANNOUNCEMENTS Karen Oberg LISTENING FOR GOD S VOICE SCRIPTURE READING (Pew Bible p. 29) Matthew 21:33-46 A TIME FOR QUIET REFLECTION TO DISCERN GOD S CALLING STEWARDSHIP TESTIMONY TIME WITH CHILDREN CHOIR ANTHEM Here I Am To Worship Tim Hughes MORNING REFLECTION Rev.
