To Our Church Family, A very special time has come. We have been praying, fasting, and believing for this moment to arrive for some time now, and here it is. By the grace of God, we have crossed the bridge (The Bridge Project), expanded our land (Expand the Land), and have arrived at a divinely ordered moment in our history. It is time to rise up and build! Every challenge we have faced and every victory we have won has prepared us for this time, to wholeheartedly embrace our purpose and step into the destiny God has designed for us. unshakeable faith that...god was in Christ, reconciling the world unto Himself..., and that...if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold all things are become new. It became clear that God had anointed us as the body of Christ to bind up the broken-hearted and set at liberty them that are bruised. The time has come! We will rise up and build! By the grace of God, we will build a worship center to accommodate over 1,000 people in one setting. We will be building new space as well as renovating our existing structures to provide anointed ministry with a spirit of excellence to people of all ages, bringing the square footage of our ministry facilities to a total of nearly 55,000 square feet. The need is great, God is greater, and we are ready! 12 Administration Storage Family Worship Center Visitor Lounge Connect Connect Point Point 6 1 8 My mind goes back to 2002, when during a special time of personal prayer and devotion at 4 am in Indianapolis, Indiana, God clearly revealed to me that in His time, He would be leading our family to come to the city of Cincinnati. In February of 2005, this word from the Lord came to pass. Accepting the pastorate of First Apostolic Church in Cincinnati, Ohio was and continues to be a great honor to us. When we arrived, it was immediately apparent that God brought us to the city to administer His healing virtue. The congregation recognized this as well. We not only embraced healing for ourselves but quickly supported the vision of ministering healing to all with whom we came in contact. From 2005 on, we encountered people from around the city, the nation, even from around the world, who were desperate for the salvation and spiritual power that comes only from the gospel of Jesus Christ. In humbled awe, we witnessed God minister through us as a body of believers, joined by the common and The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. Each of us has been set apart for the noble work of The Spirit, to extend our hands for healing and open our hearts to let the light of the gospel shine. The time is now for every man, woman, boy, and girl, to set their hand to the plow and plant the Tree of Life in the city of Cincinnati. We are well able to do what God is calling us to do! Let s prepare ourselves to accept this challenge, fulfill our destiny, and reach our city, our country, and the nations around the world! God has blessed our church with exciting growth for the past thirteen years! Our vision is now to minister to 1,000 people, in one setting, and ensure that every ministry and department area of Tree of Life Church can continue to grow, meeting the real needs of every individual. READY NOW will enable us as a church to minister to 1,000 souls in a single service. READY NOW will enable the construction of a new 1,000 seat worship center, and the addition of a family fellowship center, bringing our total ministry space to more than 55,000 square feet. READY NOW will provide for complete renovation of our existing parking lot and building entrances. READY NOW will enable us to build a family worship center with: An oversized platform to accommodate expanded music ministry and ample space for special events and drama presentations. Modernized restroom facilities that are easily accessible and strategically located to our worship center. A dedicated prayer room where men, women, and children, can and will touch heaven in meaningful intercession and communion with God. READY NOW will enable us to provide a state-of-the-art multimedia control center with improved technology allowing us to not only share the gospel message in a crisp, clear, and compelling way, but to greatly enhance our experience, as we praise and worship with excellence and anointing. Family Worship Center Our current sanctuary and platform are at capacity, restricting our ability to expand worship ministries and provide seating for 1,000 worshippers. Existing structural barriers such as narrow hallways and numerous entryway stairs have been hindrances to our worship experience in limiting access to all who come to worship. We are READY NOW to build a new 1,000 seat worship center. Imagine 1,000 people worshiping God together in one setting, being healed in their spirits, and saved by the grace of God. 1,000 fully padded seats room for you, your family, and the people God will entrust to our care. 4 5

Leroy and Evelyn Buller Family Fellowship + Welcome Center Our current lobby and welcome center requires the navigation of steps and staircases. Our lobby space is small and congested, hindering social connections, our ability to welcome our guests, and the relay of vital and timely information. We are READY NOW to build a new flexible and functional family fellowship center. Imagine an open and expansive space that welcomes every member and guest, enabling key connections and fellowship within the church family. READY NOW will enable us to build a family fellowship center with: A new welcome center, providing a warm and inviting environment to greet our members and guests. This will be a space where relationships and connections can flourish. A modernized Connect Point equipped to provide relevant literature, key information, and personal service to address every inquiry and meet the individual needs and requests of members and guests. A designated area for our Pastor and ministry staff to greet guests at the close of key services and special events. A space that can be leveraged for events, reception, and dining. READY NOW will enable an increased level of community not only within the church family, but facilities to receive, welcome, and minister on many levels to every soul. 6 7

Accessible Parking Lot + Central Building Entrance Our current parking lot and building entrances present multiple challenges. Our parking lot is in need of repair, it includes various grades, it is not conducive to flow, it is inconvenient for drop off and pick up, and few parking spaces lend themselves to convenient building access. Our entrances to our building are not centrally located. Upon entrance, hallways are narrow, not conducive to receiving members and guests. We are READY NOW to build a new parking lot and a grand central building entrance, enabling an accessible, functional, optimized parking and building entrance experience. READY NOW will ultimately enable enhancements and reallocation of our existing facility spaces to generate greater ministry opportunities. By and through the grace and favor of God, our new Family Worship Center and Family Fellowship Center will position the Tree of Life Church to grow and expand children s, youth, and administrative ministries. Our needs today have helped us shape our vision for tomorrow. The vision is set. Tree of Life Church will endeavor together to push boldly forward, holding on to the strong roots of the past while reaching forward to the fruitful promises of God for the future of His church. READY NOW will enable us to build a new parking lot with: An accommodating passenger drop off area Convenient parking spaces, located closer to our central building entrance. A completely new grade, enabling ease of access. A completely new design, optimized for traffic flow. READY NOW will provide a convenient and central building entrance enabling greater connection within the church body and to every ministry. 8 9

Determine God s Will 6 STEPS 1Begin by praying. Ask the Lord to help you give sacrificially, showing you what amount to give that will stretch your faith. 2Give it time. Don t rush into a decision. Always, the longer you prayerfully consider your commitment, the clearer the amount the Lord wants you to commit will be revealed. 3Talk about your commitment as a family. Discuss with your family ways to give. Be sure to involve your children. This is a great opportunity to teach giving and faith. 4Study biblical promises and instructions. The passages listed below are a good place to start. Proverbs 3:9-10; 11:24-25 Luke 6:38 Matthew 6:19-20 I Corinthians 16: 1-2 II Corinthians 8:1-12 & 9:6-12 5Think in specific amounts. Get a sense of your giving potential by asking these questions: Are there income dollars we could dedicate to our campaign? What ways could we adjust our expenses in order to make a larger commitment? Is there anything we could sell to help us give toward this project? 6Decide as a family. After discussing your family s commitment, strengthen that commitment during a time of family prayer. FOR THE SAKE OF THE HOUSE OF THE LORD OUR GOD, I WILL SEEK YOUR PROSPERITY. PSALM 122:9 NIV 11 CREATIVE LIFESTYLE ADJUSTMENTS THAT CAN HELP US ACHIEVE OUR GOALS Clip Coupons. Skip eating out once a week. Give up fancy coffee once in a while. Give God your income tax returns for the next three years. Postpone a major purchase and commit that money to the campaign. Commit raises, bonuses and overtime to the campaign for the next 36 months. Continue a bill payment. If you pay off a loan, continue to pay the bill by redirecting those funds to the campaign. Increase giving by 1 per week. Buy a car for the campaign. Instead of an actual car, give payments to the campaign. Cancel a membership. Sell certain assets: cars, boats, motorcycles, property. I/We prayerfully commit + step out in faith to give the following amounts, above regular tithes and offerings over the next 36 months.
