The kids are most in need of clothing and toys, but feel free to give what you are able to give. The committee plans to purchase out of the Social Concerns budget, age appropriate books that will be added to the gifts donated by our parishioners. Please have your unwrapped gift(s) with the ornament attached, to the church by Sunday, December 14, 2014. Your gift is sure to help make this Christmas special for a child and his or her family. December 14th. The Social Concerns committee will deliver the gifts to the Heavener and Stilwell parishes the week of December 15th, to ensure they are given to the kids in time for Christmas. The Diocese of Tulsa is currently challenged by Catholic Extension to raise $100,000 for our Seminarian Education Trust. When we do, they will contribute an additional $50,000.
