In Harmony! August 2016 A Newsletter by Harmonics International There are six Divine Rhythms of Power, naturally inherent in the body. They are formed when a Divine Rhythm of Life merges with a Divine Rhythm of Love, creating a movement of power to manifest a specific action in the third dimensional world. When these Rhythms are in alignment with the soul there is peace, joy and harmony in every area of life. These Divine Rhythms are Action, Confidence, Security, Discernment, Intuition and Organization. This newsletter focuses on the Divine Rhythm of Confidence. The Divine Rhythm of Confidence The Divine Rhythm of Confidence comes from the core of your being, to assist you in finding, embracing and living your true identity - the divine nature of your being. It awakens the essence of your soul on all levels of your being; physically, mentally and emotionally, gently nudging your mind, body and personality to move into alignment with your soul. The Divine Rhythm of Confidence has the same resonance as the element of gold. On the physical level, it is a slow fluid movement of energy which gently nurtures you from the inside out, assisting in activating the element of gold in every cell of the body. Gold is an essential element in your body for the proper functioning of all your systems. Life cannot be maintained without some element of gold active in your body. The gold in every cell could be referred to as the spark plugs of your physical vehicle. Even though gold is considered one of the most valuable substances on the Earth, most people are unaware of the importance of gold in your body since it is not on the list of essential food supplements a human needs to take. However, if the gold in your body is compromised in any way, you are experiencing a lack of vitality and well being in all areas of your life. Gold is a soft metal and absorbs other metals easily. When this happens the gold becomes contaminated. The resulting conditions are often referred to as heavy-metal poisoning. Alternative therapists usually recommend a detox to clean out the toxic metals and clear the gold. Mercury poisoning is one example. Moving into the Divine Rhythm of Confidence Turn on soft relaxing music.* Sit upright on a firm chair, so your back is a few inches from the back of the chair. And begin to gently rock back and forth. Pay attention to your breathing. You can feel your lungs expanding and contracting as you inhale and exhale. Now imagine your whole body breathing with you and let yourself go into the waves of the Breath and into the Peace. Let your shoulders and pelvic cradle rock back as you inhale, forward as you exhale. Rocking the sternum (breastbone) in front of your heart and opening up your abdomen. Focus on the word confidence and perceive the inner strength within your being. Perceive this strength fill your heart center and move on the waves of the Breath, Up through your chest and across your shoulders, Down your arms, into your hands and fingers, Up your neck and into the center of your head, Across your face, in your eyes, Through your mouth, jaw and neck, Into your atlas at the top of the spine, Cascading down your spine, through your back, sacrum and sacroiliac, Into your tailbone, across your hips and pelvic cradle, Moving down through your thighs and legs, and into your feet and toes, Up into your abdomen, through your solar plexus, And back to your heart. Perceive the Rhythm of the movement of Confidence flow from your heart out through your whole body as a gentle movement of strength filling your being from head to toe. Lift your arms and let your body begin to describe this feeling in movements, as though you are describing confidence with your body movements, without words. Then begin to define what you are feeling using harmonic words such as strength, connected, loved, etc. Return to your heart center and from this place contemplate on what confidence means to you. Then focus on your value and answer the question, What is my value?
