For with God all things are possible. Mark 10:27 Introduction Thank you for downloading The Wilderness Journal. Seed Offerings are greatly appreciated. Offerings help The Training Solution continue to provide outstanding Community Outreach. The Wilderness Journal is a 14-day self-exploration that provides a way to assess your life in a manner that is not too preachy, yet includes the Holy Scripture, not too head s in the sky, yet provides positive spiritual affirmations. In a world that has become so noisy and at times overbearing, it is necessary to step away from the chaos and take time to inventory your honest thoughts. The practice of writing in your journal will allow you to be real about where you stand at the present time. By keeping a journal, documenting your current state of mind and situation, you can ensure that you are on the best possible, positive path to achieve your goals. Some minor or major adjustments may have to be made to get you there; however by taking the first step and acknowledging successes as well as mishaps, blessed moments as well as storms, perceptions and misconceptions, and achievements as well as obstacles, signals that you are well on your way to Vision. Growth. Progress! After you have noted your thoughts and perceptions you may want to revisit your entries at a later date. It is my prayer that by the completion of The Wilderness Journal you will see and feel the need for God s constant presence. Hopefully, this experience will bring forth enlightenment and clarity while helping you to build a solid foundation built upon biblical and spiritual principles. Remember, that Jesus too had a wilderness experience. (Matthew 4) After Jesus, succeeded in his trial, he began to preach. The Wilderness Experience is just one point in your life s journey. Although it may be tough walking it out, look forward to the wonderful times ahead, as you can, with God, make it through stronger, wiser, and more confident. Please enjoy The Wilderness Journal and all that it has to offer! Thank you again for your prayers, offerings, wonderful testimonials, and helping The Training Solution to grow. Truth, knowledge, wisdom, and understanding I pray unto you. Sincerely, Stephanie K. Spear Prophetess 3
Journal Tips & Instructions Biblical Vibrations: Please remember to read the entire chapter of the listed biblical vibration = scripture = Genesis 1:1 when you have a chance. To get the maximum benefit from The Wilderness Journal, reading the entire biblical vibration is paramount. Affirmations or Prayers: The affirmations and prayers listed were derived from my personal Prayer Journal. These affirmations, prayers and biblical vibrations combined with journal notes can open your eyes to personal truths that no mirror can adequately reflect. The mirror shows the outside, but the revelations received from keeping a journal reflect the internal. In the same manner Jesus told the Pharisee s of his time in Matthew 23:26 to first clean the inside of your cup, and then the outside will also be clean. Thoughts for the day is your own personal open mike. Feel free to let your words flow. Be sure to include what has happened in your day, your triumphs or frustrations, general thoughts, perceptions, or even plans. The following is one example of how you can utilize your Wilderness Journal to document your thoughts, feelings, and prayers. Don t Cry for Me As times became rough, time and times again, facing obstacles that made my shell tough Looking Up, then bowing my head, calling on God i would cry, here Lord, here i am. So don t cry for me, please don t cry for me. When the world rejected me, I looked up, held out my hands and asked God to be my best friend. So now when i cry, God says here baby, here I AM. So don t cry for me, please don t cry for me. I looked back to see how far i ve come, but now fearing turning into salt as Lot s wife, I look forward in the light of God. So don t cry for me. Lift up prayers and thank God that He delivered me. By Prophetess Stephanie Spear 2008 The Bible Study Notes section should be utilized for noting any thoughts or ideas conceived during your bible study. Walking by faith Biblical Vibration: Matthew 6 The Lord's Prayer "Our Father which art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, On earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; & forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors; And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom, the Power, and the Glory. Amen." (NIV) Affirmation or Prayer of Surrender: Today I choose the Heavenly Father s plan for my life. God s will be done. Testimonial: Ministry has led me to several people who love God and pray to God for guidance in every aspect of their lives. These people trust God and pray constantly; however, every last one them was unsure, to a certain degree, of how God was answering their prayers. The following Enrichment Application is designed to first, slow down the prayer laundry-list, and to in essence be still. Sometimes God has answered us but since we have prayed so many similar and yet contrasting prayers we do not fully understand the answers provided. Enrichment Application INSTRUCTION: For the next 4 days, only pray The Lord s Prayer. Every time you open your mouth to pray, speak The Lord s Prayer. If you begin to feel restricted recite one of your favorite biblical vibrations, affirmations or prayers located within The Wilderness Journal. Utilize the following Prayer Journal to document how you believe God has answered your prayers. You will be amazed at what happens when you stop telling God what you want and allow Him to give you what you need. When we realize how God answers us, even if it takes time, we can move forward with confidence and clarity. Jesus says that God already knows what we need... This Walking by Faith application was designed to help strengthen and build upon your faith in God and His Holy Word. Prayer Journal Day 1: 17
