DAN SMITH whiteboydj.com MOMENTUM CHURCH, EMCEE Dan is really passionate about connecting with students and adults who don t follow Jesus, especially since he didn t grow up in a Christian home. He LOVES talking about his adventure of starting new churches for people who are spiritually lost, who never expected they would be involved in a church. He loves challenging Christian adults to put their faith into action. And he gets really hyped about serving middle school and high school students. Dan Smith, a.k.a. The Replacement Beastie, is a rapper, storytellerpreacher, and comedy-writer. Smitty was born and raised in the Buckeye State, but he didn t grow up in a religious home which gives him a pretty unique perspective on faith. In 2005 he led the team that started Momentum Christian Church a multisite church for people who don t like church in Cleveland, OH. He s a nationally-known speaker who uses vivid parables, creative videos, live music, and comedy to teach students and adults about Jesus. Smitty s music has been seen on CNN, Yahoo!, VH-1, etc. His wife Shannon and three kids mildly funny. He enjoys weight lifting, running, photobombing, daddy dates with his kids, Browns & 49ers football, Cavs basketball, Ohio State football, creepy movies, Halo & Destiny on XBox, books, Star Wars, pad thai, York Peppermint Patties, and movie theater popcorn with fake butter. CALEB BAUMGARDNER CROSSROADS CHRISTIAN CHURCH Caleb Baumgardner is a graduate of Cincinnati Christian University. He currently serves as Youth Minister at Crossroads Christian Church in Washington Court House, Ohio where he resides with his wife. Caleb has been involved with OTFC in the past as a workshop leader and looks forward to sharing his passion for Christ from the main stage this year. MARKEL CROSTON CROSSROADS BIBLE CHURCH Markel Croston is a recent graduate of Cincinnati Christian University with his degree in Biblical Studies, an associate degree in Communication, and a minor in Communication Arts. the Next Generation Preacher Search and in the Academy of Preachers, he was hired as a campus pastor at multisite location. Upon completion of his assignment, he transitioned to Elevation Church where he served on the Campus Support team. He is a dynamic speaker, who hails from Seattle, WA, where he lives with his wonderful wife Brittany and their energetic fur child Rory. MAIN SPONSOR Directors unanimously declared that the purpose of the school is to recruit and train leadership for the church at large according to the New Testament teaching. Central has remained exclusively committed to pursuing this purpose. Expanding Facilities The college campus, on the other hand, has seen many changes over the years. The campus now includes three dormitories, an expanded educational facility, a resource center, a maintenance building, and a student center. It was originally located in a small building east of downtown Moberly. In 1968 Central moved to its present campus in southeastern Moberly.
