ACQUIRING THE MIND OF CHRIST My last two articles could have provoked a question about how to move from a natural mind to the mind of Christ, or from double to single mindedness. Let s look at a familiar passage that follows the verses after Satan discovered he had made a mistake when he crucified Jesus. This will assist the moving experience. But as it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love him. But God has revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searches all things, yes, and the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? Even so the things of God know no man, but the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Spirit teaches; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man receives not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. I Corinthians 2: 9-14 These six verses contain an incredible promise that I will paraphrase with my perception and how I have understood God s promises and prepared them to apply to my life. The hidden message in these verses is about the Newtonian, the seen world and the subatomic, the unseen world. I ll add more to my previous articles in my next one. Because I have an immense love for my Father, He has prepared a life for me that is beyond my human perception of things I have naturally seen or heard. My new life is outside of the world of human ability to understand. God revealed His proposed blessings to His Holy Spirit and because I am born again and God dwells in me His Spirit has revealed my part to activate promises from God. These things were not known, naturally to me, but my Father told me how to impart, unknown to the natural world, His planned blessings into my heart. My desire for The deep things of God released His Holy Spirit to disclose truths and God s intentions as I searched the scriptures. I do not speak by my natural man but I speak with the mind of Christ. I now live with the ability to spiritually discern the deep and unknown things of God. The words and intentions of God are not exclusively for me but have application to the life of all or any of God s creation. 1
I am a distinctive creation of God and my believing is my freedom to choose. My choice: I believe God is love and does not act apart from love. The articles I write contain thoughts and revelations I receive from my Father and as the above verses in I Corinthians spoke; my beliefs are outside of the world s and much of Christianity s thinking. My writings are becoming bolder because I believe the kingdom of God will be a safe haven from the approaching changes to our life style. The changes are not in the distant future but can be anticipated by listening to our political leaders speaking. I have put emphasis lately on the removal of the belief in death and hell that Christianity has emphasized for over 200 decades because a belief in death and hell is automatically a belief in sickness, disease or accidents that cause death. The approaching Health Care Program will have less of a negative affect on you and your children if a belief in sickness and disease is eliminated. My latest revelation about Double Mindedness has nearly blown me away as I continue to release my thoughts into this article. Believe me, I frequently ask God, Am I understanding what I am hearing? I know my writing comes from my analytical approach and I have to read something over and over to comprehend what I am trying to say. I can imagine your concerns. This is Sunday morning, the 15 th day of November, 2009 and I am going to express this morning s revelation for transferring from Double to Single Mindedness. The first words I heard from my Father were, I gave Joshua a way to impart My words for success and the same process will work for removal of words preventing success. And then I was reminded of the hard drive on my computer and how I can delete and move to the trash bin unwanted files, programs that all contain words. Then I simply dump the recycle bin and everything unwanted is gone. So, let s begin the process by reading Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of my mouth; but I shall meditate therein day and night, that I may observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then I shall make my way prosperous, and then I shall have good success. Personalized for understanding who has the responsibility. This verse is saying, Anyone who speaks, thinks and visualizes God promises will have a successful life. God s laws apply to good that this verse addresses but also speaks that evil results from following the same law. Out of the abundance of a man s heart his mouth speaks and life and death are in the power of the tongue. As a man thinks, so is he. 2
It is impossible to believe and not act. If new information or a new belief is not acted on within 12 hours the information is stored in the mind s closet as not useful. I want to share a couple of true stories that will demonstrate the ability of a human heart. In Garden Grove, California a 13 year old girl was violently murdered. Her heart was transplanted into another 13 year old girl. When the heart recipient regained consciousness she had full recognition of the murderer. With the aid of a police artist the criminal was arrested, tried and convicted. This is just one of 100 s of similar stories. I heard a man recently on TV say, After I had a heart transplant my personality changed for the better because the donor was more positive than I am. Norman Cousins, a popular writer 70 years ago, was told by his physician that he had 6 months to live. He was dying of stress. Norman sequestered himself in a hotel room and listened and watched comedies for a month. He emerged from his hotel room healed. A human heart has the ability to maintain a 7.54 PH balance regardless of what is eaten. The heart, like a complicated computer, can test blood and then take from another organ a mineral to maintain the 7.54 balance. Death will occur if the PH balance varies slightly. The heart speaks or it is called a Gut feeling. In concluding, my heart can see, hear, record, analyze and create. This is the reason God said, Out of the abundance of my heart I can speak, I can think, I can visualize and I can create. God gave me ability to create His will in my life. This is God s inerrant and universal law that imparts into man the ability to create. The following 7 items are very provocative and my study of them has allowed me to believe and accept promises that God made 2000 years ago and are now attainable. 1. My heart is to my spirit man what my brain is to my flesh man. 2. My heart is electrically, 60 times, and magnetically, 5000 times more powerful than my brain. 3. My heart radiates and influences many miles beyond the exterior of my body. 4. My heart and brain have dialog and my more powerful heart over-rides my brain. 5. My heart receives God s words spoken, words thought, words visualized by my speaking, thinking, visualizing and sends them to my brain to manifest the words.. 6. My brain has ability to create in my body what it hears from my heart. 7. This is God s law and creates healing or prosperity. These are facts that recent Neuroplasticity studies have discovered. The Heart Math Institute in Boulder Creek, California confirms the results. Use Google to read more. My heart started receiving life s knowledge when I was still in my mother s womb and my first 7 years continued to impart experiences that influence my current life. My 3
experiences are called Cultural Beliefs and are deeply embedded in my heart. Most cultural beliefs are not received from intelligence. From 7 years of age to the present my heart has stored information, some correct and some incorrect that affects my living and my behavior. In addition to storing information my heart was created by God to resist outside changes and communicates to my brain if something is right or wrong. I make mistakes when I do not follow my Gut feelings. Twice I listened to my heart and my life did not end. This has been said in order understand how to create and send God s truth to my heart and remove incorrect cultural beliefs and unwanted memories from my heart. Your heart and your spirit will rejoice with gladness and cooperate with your efforts. I will list some beliefs that are God s intentions in order to Create God s truth process and any opposing beliefs should go to the recycle bin. A complete list can only be known by the individual. For example, many girls have been violated by a family member that has imparted a fear of life and men. This fear results in stress that could be the cause of a disease in adult life. Only the individual will have knowledge of this but sometimes the experience was so devastating that the incident has been hidden. Hidden is at the brain level, the heart still has the information stored. I wrote an article, A Violated Conscience that will help uncover a hidden secret and the removal to stop affecting your life. I believe these statements are true--------------cultural Christianity will disagree with some. 1. Adam s disobedience did not remove his dominion over the world or his relationship to God. He was a son of God and humanity is descendants of Adam. 2. The wages of sin is physical death and the gift of God is eternal life or immortality. 3. Jesus came to earth with a message that pertains to living now and not a message for life after death. Life always refers to now and not life after dying. 4. Jesus is the last Adam and Jesus abolished physical death that Adam introduced. 5. Moses said that the spirits of all men are from God. 6. Solomon said, at death the flesh returns to the dirt from where it came and the spirit goes to God, who gave it. 7. The soul of man refers to man as a breathing creature and not a separate entity as is the spirit. Man is a spirit having an unending human experience. 8. Jesus, the Son of God, was born again to become a human. 9. I am a human and was born again to become a son of God. 10. Born again and salvation are two separate experiences. 11. Sickness, disease and accidents are all Satan related and are not normal to living. 12. Jesus, unilaterally, took away the sins of all humanity and does not require believing or accepting to receive forgiveness. 13. Sin has earthly consequences and not spiritual. 14. Jesus came to earth with a cure for the earthly consequences of sin. 15. The Prodigal Son confirms that God is love and does not act apart from love. 4
16. Good works do not please God. 17. Agreeing with God s word pleases Him. 18. Praying means to agree with God s plans. 19. God is not sovereign but gave man dominion or sovereignty over the earth. 20. God gave man laws to create the desires of man s heart. 21. God does not create the desires of man s heart. 22. I don t believe in death; therefore, I don t believe in hell because hell means a grave that is not required for the living. 23. The Good News Jesus spoke about is living in the kingdom of God. If you believe differently and desire to change your belief you can. E.g., I believe the wages of sin is spiritual death and I want to change this belief. The word death in Romans 6:23 is thanatos and is the Greek word for a Pagan god death. Email me if you have a question. I know all of this is entering an unknown and may cause fear. God said in Mark 11:24, Therefore I say unto you, what things so ever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them. This is a New Covenant promise and supports Joshua 1:8. The things you want and the things you don t want list on separate sheets. As a personal note, I removed the majority of trash, including the belief in hell, from my heart when I removed my belief in death. I believe that God s primary intention for sending Jesus to earth was to abolish death and restore heaven in earth. In earth means in an individual man and is not a restoration of the Garden of Eden for the entire earth. Writing the list of things in script helps make the words to flow together. Read and meditate 30 minutes before going to sleep. The first 1/3 rd of a sleep period is devoted to dreams that are prophecies for your life. Satan introduced physical death and Jesus, the last Adam, abolished death. Death is the last enemy that Jesus destroyed by his resurrection. Satan and his ability to harm was destroyed over 2000 years ago. Satan can t be blamed for anything. He is past history. A belief in a lie is unbelief and unbelief stops all good things from happening. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE IF YOU BELIEVE YOU ARE THE CREATOR OF YOUR FUTURE. GOD GAVE YOU HIS LAWS OF CREATION FOR YOUR USE. It is the most repeated and unproductive example of Christian Double Mindedness.
