Luke 2:28-30 (CEV), Simeon took the baby in his arms and thanked God: Now, Lord, you can let me, your servant, die in peace as you said. With my own eyes I have seen your salvation Luke 2:38 (NIV), Coming up to them at that very moment, she gave thanks to God and spoke about the child to all who were looking forward to the redemption of Jerusalem. Romans 3:23-25 NCV, Everyone has sinned and fallen short of God's glorious standard, and all need to be made right with God by his grace, which is a free gift.
