This month was mark by the creation of our group in Tel Aviv! As it was the doctors month, I asked a young doctor of Ethiopian origin to join us and share his testimony: how from a delinquent youth, he met the Lord gave his life to Yeshua and then accomplished his Medical training with success! In JUNE: We continued to invite, contact and pray for Doctors. Our meetings in Jerusalem and in Tel Aviv offered the opportunity to new Doctors to come and discover HBF. Our sharing and intercession times where beautifully led by the Holy Spirit. It has been a Joy to see the Lord uniting and leading us in His thoughts! March-April 2012 PRO LIFE MONTHS I have set before you LIFE and death; therefore choose LIFE, that both you and your descendants may LIVE! Deuteronomy 30:19 We are praying for respect of life in Israel and especially within healthcare institutions. Some of us have bought some oil bottles from Bead haim (Israel Pro-life Organization) as present to give friends and family members. The Lord used this beautiful instrument not only as an instrument of love and thankfulness but of healing as a person that received a bottle and heard of Bead Haim opended her heart and confessed, for the first time (at 86 years old), the terrible suffering that followed multiple abortions in her youth! Without this gift this person will never have opened her heart and shared her feelings about it and heard of forgiveness. We are proclaiming John 10:10 The thief doesn t come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy but Yeshua has come that we may have life and that we may have it more abundantly! 2 x/day! Join us! 2 of 5 10/16/2012 9:11 AM NURSE'S AIDES MONTH As Timothy was sent to strengthen and encourage the Thessalonians in their faith (IThess. 3:2) we have been led to strengthen and encourage nurse's aides (Israeli Jews and Arabs, Filipinos, Indian, Nepalis...) working with us or working in home care. Sunday is the only free day Filipinos and other nursing aides are getting and we decided to reach to many that come to eat at Mc Donald Restaurant in Center Jerusalem. After a time of prayer we reached to them with a thank you card (see picture) and expressed our appreciation for the hard work they are doing. Many appreciated our thanks and we want to continue to pray for these hard workers! September 2011 HCFI Manila Diamon Conference: More than 600 delegates from 87 countries participate. A blessed time of Fellowship and of searchof the will of the Lord for HBF. meeting with very special Healthcare workers from all arround the world. Partnership was officialy established with international christian organisations that will see HBF as there contact in Israel. Prayer Meeting in Natanya: Our monthly prayer meeting took place at the Israel College of the Bible. We have choiced this place that was graciously offered to us thinking it will be more central for people that wanted to come from the North and Tel Aviv area. Nobody came but we had -my wife and myself a very good time of intercession for the situation in the Healthcare fields of Israel and for special requests that were sent to us (see prayer needs) A NEW YEAR PRESENT! On September 28th, we celebrated, in Israel, the Feast of trumpets (the Jewish New Year) and God blessed us with our second grand child. Noam Hana was born on Friday 30th at 6:28 am and is very delicate and beautiful addition to our family. Thank you for praying for the parents that are starting this new phase of life with Yeshua's help!
3 of 5 10/16/2012 9:11 AM August 2011 On Wednesday 3d we met in Jerusalem for an evening of fellowship and intrecession. The Month of August have been choiced to pray for the health of our youth and young adults in Israel. Believers working in Hadassa Ein Kerem joined the meeting and a retired psychologist. Continue to pray for protection on the roads, protection during the Summer Camps, deliverance from addictions (alcohol, drugs, eating disorders...), healing and salvation to every one visiting our healthcare institutions. For wisdom and strenght to be renew to all Youth and young adult leaders. On Tuesday 16th, nurses from Tel Aviv area and Haifa joined me for are monthly "Prayer Walk". We prayed for the Rabin Medical Center in Petach Tikva (near Tel Aviv). The hospital is one of the biggest centers in the country. Founded in 1936, it united today 3 hospitals : Belinson Hospital (1936), Hasharon Hospital (1942) and Schneider Children Hospital. It was the first center in Israel, to transplant a liver-lobe from a living-related donor, and in l998, the first successful cross-transplantation of a kidney was performed - between an Arab and a Jew. In 1999, the hospital introduced a new technique of catheterization of brain blood vessels in Israel, replacing open-brain surgery, and in 2001, it conducted the first robot assisted cardiothoracic operation.this Medical Center has discovered the so called ''Hasharon hemoglobin'' and ''Petah Tikva hemoglobin'', and studies in the areas of hematology and electron microscopy are well advanced and shared all arround the world. It was quite an experience to walk in this very high class hospital and to deeply pray that Yeshua will take hold of the place for His Glory. It was empressive on me as we were standing in front of the Reasearch Center and the Women Health building to feel the Spirit of the Lord leading our intercession there. We were blessed to conclude our prayer day visiting a brother that is hospitalized in General Medicine Department (See page prayer and actions) July 2011 PRAYER WALK AT ASSAF HAROFE MEDICAL CENTER... An hospital established by the British mandatory power after World War I, this old British military hospital continued at the creation of the State of Israel to function has a military hospital and a public Governemental Hospital giving healthcare in old barracks until the Six-Day war. REPORT: " Rejoice in the Lord, play skilfully with a loud voice...the Lord looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men, He looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth. Our soul waiteth for the Lord: He is our help and our shield.let Thy mercy, O LORD, be upon us... (Ps 33 - KJV) On Tuesday 19th, we met at the ER entrance for two "Prayer Walks". I had (Philippe) planed to reach the Hospital by bus. On Friday night, I was contacted by a brother that had to leave to England for 3 weeks and wanted to find a "babysiter" for his car. The person that he planed to give the car to realized that his driving license had expired and he was not able to take it! I became a last minute solution for my brother! I was then able to come by car to the hospital and was free to leave when I felt my time there had come to its conclusion! What a faithful Father we have! HE "looketh from heaven;and beholdeth all the sons of men" knowing what we need and providing for it. Waiting at our usual "Prayer Walk" starting point the ER entrance, I was joined by a sister that made the effort to come from Haifa to pray for the Center (a one way 2 hr 1/2 trip by bus)! What an encouragment to me. We started our walk proclaming the Word of God and asking the LORD leading to be upon us and to pray along His will. We started praying for the children hospitalized in the pediatric department that we had just entered, asking for Life to be respected and that voices will be heard from this Hospital for the respect of life and the establishment of laws encouraging mothers to give life to their babies! Then we started praying that human care will be given to the elderly and the respect of their lives especialy in the Internal Medicine Departments that are usualy over crowded. To my suprize we had just walked to the Internal Medicine Unit entrance. We continued and made our voices been heard to the God of Israel to ask for men and women of integrity to be established on the high level of responsabilities in the Hospital and for more believers to be working at this Healthcare field. We finished our "tour" praying for HBF member in need in an other part of the country! This first walk was a blessed time of intercession. For the Second Walk my joy was to be joined by 2 sisters working in the Hospital. I had been able to joined only one of the few workers working their, but the message had passed anyway and we were 3 to start the walk! As we were waiting one of the sisters recognized a worker entering the hospital. She made the contact with him and, as she had thought, E. was a believer. She explained what we where doing and about HBF. He was happy to discover our Fellowship. He wanted to join us to the walk but was on duty until 6pm. He asked to be contacted and we started our walk. On our way we decided to meet at one of the nurse's home (on the hospital Campus) to pray and have fellowship in a more private setting. This time was a blessed time of prayer for the Hospital, for its directors, for the believers working there and for believers not known to be soon discovered, for personal needs. Fellowship was a blessing and we discovered that few more believers are already known in the Hospital. The desire of a Regional meeting of HBF in the Central Region was expressed. Let us join in prayer for this to become a reality in the coming months. PRAISE the LORD that sees from heaven and answer our prayers and blesses us together!
