CAP Trip to Church Ladies Show in January: The CAP will be taking a bus trip to the Overture Center to see A Second Helping! The Church Basement Ladies Sequel on Saturday, January 15. The bus will depart from the Amundson Center at 6:30 p.m. and return at approximately 10:15 p.m. Tickets are $40 and can be purchased at any CAP office, or call 423-8108. The Church Office in the process of updating our Lay Reader Schedule for this year. If you are not currently a reader in worship and wish to begin sharing that ministry with EKLC please contact the church office to be added into the 2011 rotation. A Yuletide Concert is being held on Sunday January 9 @ 2:00 pm at the Cambridge Historical Gymnasium located on South Street. Country Chordsmen and Bel Canto Choirs will be performing. Hope to see you there! Please submit financial and written reports for the annual report to the office by January 9th, 2011. At this annual meeting of the congregation, we will review the budget for 2011, and elect council members. Nominations for council and synod assembly are welcome, and can be referred to the nominating committee through a council member or the church office. The annual meeting of East Koshkonong Lutheran Church will be held on January 23rd, 2011 at the conclusion of 9 a.m. worship. All voting/confirmed members are encouraged to attend. 2011 Offering Envelopes: Thank you for picking up your box of 2011 Offering Envelopes before or after worship today. They're located on tables in the narthex. Attention Early Childhood Parents: Musikgarten classes starting January 17th and 18th!! This Early Childhood Music curriculum is an ageappropriate sequential program; led by Vicki Schuh, MA in Music Education and licensed and certified in Musikgarten. Gross and fine motor skills are developed along with language and music skills. There are weekly classes in a ten week session. Two levels will be offered: Family Music, ages 0-3 and Cycle of Seasons, ages 3-4 1/2. Forms are available in the Church Narthex on the bulletin board.
