HOLY TRINITY PARISH MAY 27, 2018 LIGONIER, PA 2018 Diocesan Lenten Appeal Don t Let This Be The First Year Parish Goal Not Reached! This year s Diocesan Lenten Appeal is drawing to a close and the total of pledges and gifts is $73,233.40. We exceeded our diocesan target, but need $1,766.60 to reach our parish goal of $75,000. If you have not yet given, or wish to give an additional amount, please return your pledge card this week or use one of the DLA envelopes on the table in the Narthex to make an additional contribution. At this point, all dollars pledged or given will be returned to our parish and used here! Soup Request Holy Trinity will be collecting soup (any type) for our local Ligonier Valley Food Pantry until June 13. As always, please check the expiration date. Boxes will be placed in the Narthex and side entrance door. We would like to reach a goal of 80 units. Ligonier Valley Association of Churches thank you for your continued generosity. Youth Ministry, 11am 8 pm Familyfest 2018 @ Hempfield park Food, music, games, fun for all with bishop malesic. 3, MOVIE NIGHT! Following the 5:30 Mass in the Gym. Pot Luck covered dish dinner. The Holy Trinity Pastoral Council kindly requests that all members of the Parish pray for us and guide us as we seek to fill vacancies on the Pastoral Council. Please help us to identify persons in this faith community who you feel would support the entire Parish as we strive to enhance our sense of and commitment to Evangelization, Worship, Service, Community, Stewardship and the Word. Anyone interested in serving on the Pastoral Council or knowing a qualified candidate should contact the Parish Office at (724)238-6434 or Lisa Moeller at (724)235-2491. The Pastoral Council meets once a month on the 3rd Thursday of the month. The meeting lasts approximately 1.5 hours. The commitment is for three years.
