Welcome to Saint David s United Church

Hymn: VU 603 In Loving Partnership We Come

In Loving Partnership We Come In loving partnership we come, Seeking, O God, your will to do. Our prayers and actions now receive; We freely offer them to you.

We are the hands and feet of Christ, Serving by grace each other s need. We dare to risk and sacrifice With faithful word and faithful deed.

Loving community we seek; Your hope and strength within us move. The poor and rich, the strong and weak Are brought together in your love.

In loving partnership, O God, Help us your future to proclaim. Justice and peace be our desire, We humbly pray in Jesus name.

Leader: To be confident of our worth. People: To be hold to love in return.

Leader: To live with love and with grace. People: To be accepted as we are.

Leader: To know it is okay to accept care from others. People: To feel the love and community that surrounds us.

Leader: To know God s will and walk in God s way. People: Let us worship God in this Lenten season.

Your Grace is All I Need Your grace is all I need. Let your grace flow over me. Your grace is all I need, All I will ever need.

All: Loving God, you have called us to be pilgrims, always on a journey. We are never sure where the journey will take us or what you have in store for us. You call us to help each other and remind us that we are never alone. You always seek to bring together for us all that has fallen apart, to mend the uneven edges of our lives and to help us through each and every day.

We turn to you, to ask for assurance of your grace. Help us to understand how to be a servant to others. Provide us with grace to allow others to be as Christ to us, offering love and care. Be present, God, in the journey that is before us. Be present as we worship. Amen.

Your Grace is All I Need Your grace is all I need. Let your grace flow over me. Your grace is all I need, All I will ever need.

God at My Right Hand God at my right hand, God at my left. God close behind me, God up above. God behind me, God before me. Fill me with grace and love.

Hymn: VU 639 One More Step Along the World I Go

As I travel through the bad and good, Keep me travelling the way I should; Where I see no way to go You ll be telling me the way, I know: And it s from the old I travel to the new; Keep me travelling along with you.

Growing in Faith

Lord, Listen to Your Children Praying Lord, listen to your children praying, Lord, send your Spirit in this place; Lord, listen to your children praying, Send us love, send us power, send us grace!

The Lord s Prayer Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name, Thy kingdom come, thy will be done On earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Walk with me, I will walk with you And build the land That God has planned Where love shines through.
