WELCOME TO OUR ANNUAL BIBLE CONFERENCE! April 23, 2018 Praise the Lord, Saints! It is with great joy that I greet you in Jesus name and welcome you to our 86th Annual Bible Conference. Every year we set aside a full week to celebrate God s faithfulness to the Apostolic Church of God since it was founded in 1932. This special week of celebration is filled with passionate prayer, profound teaching, powerful preaching, and intense worship. When we consider the goodness of the Lord in our lives and how faithful He has been to us, we can t help but give Him praise! This year s Bible Conference The Great Exchange considers Jesus sacrifice at Calvary and what that means for us today. Not only did He free us from certain death so that we could live with Him eternally, but also He has given us the opportunity to live an abundant life right here on Earth. He exchanged His righteousness for our unrighteousness, His purity for our sin. For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him (2 Corinthians 5:21, NKJV). Oh, what manner of love! How do we demonstrate our love for God and gratitude for such a wonderful gift we could never earn on our own? How much more can we expect from God, who made the ultimate sacrifice for us, as we strive to become all He has called us to be in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:32)? We will discover the answers to those questions and more this week, as we embark on a life-changing spiritual journey together. I look forward to seeing you each night as we engage in exuberant worship and receive exciting Word. Bring a friend, bring an expectant heart, and bring your praise! God has truly blessed our great congregation over these eighty-six years. He is blessing us right now, and He will continue to do so as we recognize The Great Exchange He made for our lives and live wholly for Him. Grace always, Dr. Byron T. Brazier, Pastor
