Knights of Columbus Council 6930 is pleased to offer a scholarship program to active members of Our Lady of Lourdes or for students already attending school, an active members of a campus Catholic Church or local Parish. This scholarship is for candidates who will be are attending college or technical school during the 2018-2019 academic year. Our scholarship will be awarded based on the student s involvement in Church, Community activities, and their commitment to Charity, Unity, Fraternity and Patriotism, the guiding principles of the Knights of Columbus. Applications will ONLY be accepted electronically. Download this application from the Our Lady of Lourdes website (www.ollwhs.org). Read the requirements to make sure you are eligible. Fill out this application fully. E-mail the completed application to Bill Quinn at wquinn08889@gmail.com by Sunday, April 8, 2018. When emailing the application, please put the words Scholarship 6930 in the Subject field. All applicants will receive receipt confirmation. If you do not receive your confirmation within 3 days, please text Bill Quinn at 908-458-2898 for confirmation. Scholarship recipients will be announced at the conclusion of the 11:00 AM Mass on Sunday, May 13, 2018 and be listed in the weekly bulletin. Students receiving scholarships will need to confirm which school they are attending. Any questions about this application should be directed via e-mail to Bill Quinn (wquinn08889@gmail.com) Requirements for Application: The applicant must consider themselves Catholic and be an active member of Our Lady of Lourdes parish, Whitehouse Station or an active member at a parish when you are attending school. The applicant must be accepted for the Fall Semester 2018 as a full-time student (minimum of 12 hours / semester) prior to receiving the scholarship.
