X ($0.55)/Per/Lbs. = $4,084.85 $0.55/Per/lbs. > Constant 141 Pieces > Variable Either way you calculate it with Piece Price or lbs. price the cost of $0.55/per/lbs. comes out very close Either $4,022.49 or $4.084.85 Showing calculation's.
ANALYSIS of Move Day Quote Job No: P8469470 Estimated Volume (New Per Driver): 13,000 lbs. Articles List: (New Item count per driver): 243 Items (Not verified, no inventory list given as stated by driver would be provided) (Driver also stated would be using Inventory Program > None was used or seen when ask to view it!) New Total Cost (New cost per driver) : $9,133.00 $9,133.00 / 243 Items = $37.58/Per/Item 13,000.00 lbs. X ($0.55/lbs.) = $7,150.00 13,000.00 lbs. X ($0.70/lbs.) = $9,100.00 IF a constant of $0.55/per/lbs. was used then how is this not the price? Where did $0.70/Per/lbs. come from? $4,022.49 / 141/Per/Items = $28.52/Per/Item Original Price per Item $28.52/Per/Item ($28.52/Quoted/Piece/$) ($37.58/Driver/$) = $9.06/Per/Item/Difference
If we had weight information confirming est. of 13,000lbs! 243 items X $28.52/item = $6,930.36 $6,930.36 - $9,133.00 = $2,202.64 Due to having NO weight information beyond a guess and locking in $0.55/lbs. or $28.52/Per/Item upon pre payment and scheduling the only price that can be legally charged is $6,930.36. (Unless weight is PROVIDED, IS OVER 13,000 LBS.) It s in the Bag! Unverified item count X Correct locked in Cost/Per/Item OVER CHARGED $997.00 - $6,930.36 = $5,933.36 is the correct final balance.
$5,933.36 X 50% (Pre-delivery Cost) = $2,966.68 $5,933.36 X 50% (Final Payment Delivery) = $2,966.68 (Delivery verifying all items are present and not damaged.) (Deposit) + (Pick-Up) + (Delivery) = Grand Total (Verification Condition, Count) ($997.00) + ($2,966.68) + ($2,966.68) = $6,930.36 (Pre-Delivery) = ($997.00 + $2,966.68) = $3,963.68 (Final Delivery) = ($2,966.68) = $2,966.68 Grand Total = $6,930.36 Based on 243 Items @ $28.52/Per/Item Based on the quote & the locked in CONSTANT of $0.55/Per/lbs. which without a verified weight, is quoted by Item Count & Item Cost which is ($28.52/Per/Item) X (Total # Items) which needs to be Corroborated with a weight ticket.

Ben stated as soon as he walked in garage storage area that the cost would be 2-3 times higher then quoted, based on his experience and office is wrong and I m the only one you can trust now Ben stated This move will go my way, I m in charge now Ben then said office should have sent someone in person to do a visual estimate you trusted office and office don t know what they are doing do not trust office only trust me Ben Ben stated he knew just by looking at a few boxes in one room how much more the weight would be for the entire load! When asked what that new price would be and until that price was known not to load until (Chris Tillery) knew he ignored (Chris Tillery) and his crew continued working. Ben also stated he was a former Israeli Soldier and made many points about the fact he was in charge and we were to submit to Ben. Ben was very threatening in his words, tone, and body language.
Analysis of Move Day Events Job No: P8469470 Ben arrived in kitchen and told (Chris & Angela Tillery) that he had some paperwork he needed signed. Ben said the new quote would be much higher and when ask how he calculates this amount he stated I have an inventory program and I ll show you at the end Ben stated his crew were finishing up and he had a total item count of 243 items. Ben then gave us contracts to sign and told us Don t read them I have a schedule to keep I have no time Ben then made us initial a time completed of job (3:30 PM) in advance of actual job completion. The crew was still working on loading truck well after the 3:30 PM end of job time we were given and forced to sign. Ben then stated he had come up with final price of $9,133.00 Ben did his calculations on his phone calculator and used the back of an envelope to make some scribble notes and when ask by (Chris Tillery) to show his inventory program & how he came up with the price Ben become irate and argumentative. (Chris Tillery) told Ben he was a Math Major/Engineer with multiple degrees and Ben stated he was too, Ben then stated, Oh so you think since I m a truck driver I m a piece of shit?
Analysis of Move Day Events Job No: P8469470 (Chris Tillery) at this point told Ben that since he was not willing to show where or how he came up with these numbers to leave the items in driveway and in garage and leave property. When Ben was asked to put everything off the truck and stop working, he stated If the crew unloaded the truck and put everything back in the garage and driveway, there WILL be problems! At this time the employee Ben has now made a threat and the police should have been called. The matter can still be handled by police and Chris Tillery can by law press charges. Ben proceeded to tell Chris & Angela Tillery to write a check for $5,500.00 for 60% of the total and he said do what I tell you, do it now Chris Tillery stated and told Ben that he was not able to do that and he would need to write a post dated check for 8/4/2016 Ben said fine and took a check stating he would hold it until the date on check of 8/4/2016 Ben only gave Chris & Angela Tillery one slip of paper which was pink no inventory of items or any other documents promised was ever given by Ben

Analysis of POST Move Day Events Job No: P8469470 With confirmation to Chris and Angela via phone by Carolina that the crew was indeed at the residence unloading all our property. We had a neighbor across the street, coworker and manager, go to the property to provide proof with photos, that no one was at the property unloading our belongings onto the driveway at 4pm or later in the evening. This was a blatant lie by Ben and Carolina. Photos taken August 5 th @ 4:10 & 4:11 PM
