I have probable cause to believe that on 1-21-2018, at 9212 E 350 Hwy. Raytown, Jackson County, MO, 64133, Brandon J. Adams, a white male born 09-02-1999, SSN- committed one or more criminal offense(s. The facts supporting this belief are as follows: On 01-21-2018 at 1402 hours Officers were dispatched to 9300 E Gregory Raytown MO 64133 in regard to an armed robbery that had just occurred. When Officer arrived, they contacted (WM 08-28-1996. advised he had just been robbed during attempting to sell items using the phone application Let Go. stated that at approximately 12:00 p.m. he was contacted by the username on Let Go. had two listings on the application, an Asus laptop and an Xbox 360 with included games and Westinghouse television stated he was contacted about selling the laptop. He then received a separate text from the app regarding the Xbox 360 and television. stated both notifications were from the same user. advised that he would sell the Xbox, games, television, and the laptop for $180.00. The user stated in the text that she was a female and only had $200.00. The unknown female advised that she wanted to buy the items and wanted to know what time he could respond to 9300 E Gregory Raytown, MO 64133 advised it was a 15-minute drive. Once arrived at the location, he was contacted by a black female, later identified as Faith A. Moore (BF 06-01-1999. Moore approached and stated she would take the items up to the apartment and return with the money for the items. stated that a black male, later identified as, exited the apartment and responded to vehicle and retrieved the television. followed toward the apartment where he saw a white male, later identified as Brandon Adams (WM 09-02-1999 in the parking lot wearing a face mask. asked again for his money. After had put the television down, he turned around and attempted to pull something from the front pocket of his hooded sweatshirt. As he did the item was caught on the sweatshirt. stated he could hear that there was what sounded like BB s rattling in the item he was trying to pull from the sweatshirt. said presented a black handgun BB gun and pointed it at his face. grabbed the BB gun and moved it away from his face. then punched in the face then put in a headlock and started striking him in the face with the BB gun. The two fell to the ground. Adams then joined the fight striking several times in the face. was able to separate himself where he responded to his vehicle and retrieved a handgun pointed the gun in the air and fired one round to scare the individuals who all fled into the apartment. then contacted police. During interviews of Moore and Adams, it was determined that Moore was the individual that masterminded the plan to rob of the items. During interviews with Adams and it was determined that Moore was the individual that masterminded the plan to rob of the items.
