Boulder Couny in whích i shall be unlawful o discharge firearms; and 9EREAST on June 6, 1989, he Board of Couny Commissíoners held a duly-adverised public hearing o consider he peiion o designae Aspen Meadows Filing No. 4 for closure; a which irne he Board considered docurnens and esimony presened by he Boulder Couny Sheriff's Deparmen and residens of he area and based on he esimony and evidence presened a said hearing, he Board finds as follows ha in accordance wih C.R.S. 530-15-301(), he averagie populaion densiy in he Aspen Meadows Filing No. 4 area is no less han 100 persons per square miles.
