With unsolicited and unwanted emails (spam) becoming a larger problem, email providers have made their spam filters more stringent. Unfortunately, these tougher guidelines for filtering can cause legitimate emails, such as the church s, to be mistaken as spam and consequently not delivered into person s inbox to be read. This problem has affected many of you from receiving the church s and staff s emails. We are continuing to work to elevate this issue. In the meantime, our email provider has suggested we have you follow instructions to whitelist our domain in an effort to bypass the spam issue. Please log onto our website www.palmyracob.org for instructions for each email provider. We tried to include instructions for as many providers as possible. If your provider is not listed, please contact them directly for instructions to whitelist a domain. We apologize for this inconvenience. We will continue to update you as we learn more. Please call the church office, 838-6369, with any questions. Today is Capital Campaign Commitment Sunday when a special offering will be taken to receive your commitment cards. For those not able to make worship this morning, commitment cards may be returned to the church office. The office will be closed Thursday, November 26 & Friday, November 27 for Thanksgiving.
Thank you to everyone who helped the youth by filling film canisters. We raised $485.75 to help youth participate in denominational activities. If you still have film canisters in your homes, cars, or purses, we are still happy to receive them back. As film has become digital, it is important that we get these canisters back in order to continue the fundraiser in the years to come. Christmas Cookie Sale! The holidays are quickly approaching! Have you begun to wonder how you might possibly get all of your cookie baking done with everything else that you have to do? No worries!
