Every year, churches throughout the Michigan Conference aim to fulfill the Great Commission through personal and public evangelism. In the spring of 2016, approximately 150 Michigan Conference churches hosted Unlock Revelation seminars simultaneously. Hundreds and even thousands of people were impacted by the messages they heard. Evangelistic efforts help many experience powerful conversions, which lead them to not only, follow Christ, but also to share Christ with others. And this is the beauty of evangelism. The more we put into it, the more we get in return. Sharing the truth of God s Word brings new life, which in turn results in more people supporting the church financially, and with their soul-winning efforts. Evangelism is not an expense it s an investment! A full one-third of MAP offerings are used to support evangelism in the Michigan Conference.
