I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. Ephesians 1:15-17 Paul could not have said it better. These verses truly represent the heart of the Neal family towards each and every one of the Zion Project Intercessors. There is only one word that I think truly encompasses how Rod and Sandy feel about each intercessor: Thankful. This journey Rod and Sandy have been on has been long and hard. At times, the road has been rocky, the view clouded, and the task overwhelming. I believe with all my heart that they would not have lasted this long without you, a Zion Project Intercessor. Whether you have been on this assignment for 1 month or 10 years, each prayer you have spoken has been a blessing and encouragement to them. I have seen God move mightily on their behalf. I have seen a way been made when things looked pretty dark. I know it is because they are not in this alone, each intercessor is walking alongside, speaking strength, love, and encouragement when it has been most needed. I love when Rod and Sandy get to travel to intercessor meetings. They come home with a renewed strength that comes from the encouragement they always receive. It is such a wonderful reminder to be in a room filled with people who believe in them and the vision the Lord has placed in their hearts. I want to take a moment and say thank you! Thank you for the generous donations to the Zion Project Fund, allowing the intercessor meetings to happen. Thank you for the encouraging notes you send. Thank you for the intercessory prayers, which have more of an impact than any of us will ever know. Thank you for responding to the requests Marilyn sends out and lifting those up to the Father. Thank you for believing in this vision and helping to see it through until its fulfillment. This edition of the newsletter is different from others. This month we are focusing on the three intercessor meetings held in October. We are highlighting the Regional Directors of Intercession for each of the meetings and showing pictures and highlights from each meeting. I hope you enjoy seeing and hearing about each of these meetings!
P A G E 2 Intercessor Meetings We had a busy month in October holding intercessor meetings. We held a meeting for our Milwaukee intercessors on October 11. Thanks to Al and Ann Oak, the Regional Directors of Intercession for Milwaukee, we have a dedicated intercessor group in the Milwaukee area. We want to thank Al and Ann Oak for all of their hard work to make the meeting a success. We also want to thank Theo Williams, the pastor at Wooded Hills Church, for allowing us to use his facility. After the meeting, the Oaks arranged a pot luck dinner at the church. It was a great time of fellowship. Next, we held a meeting in Redding, CA on October 18. Mark and Karen Lex have volunteered to be the Regional Directors of Intercession for Redding. We now have a group of intercessors established in Redding. Mark and Karen plan to hold monthly intercessor meetings. Last but not least, we established a Zion Project intercessor group in Spokane, WA on October 25. Ken and Valencia Peters have volunteered to serve as the Regional Directors of Intercession for Spokane. They also plan on holding a monthly intercessor meeting. Ken and Valencia serve as pastors of Covenant Church in Spokane. We want to thank them for allowing us to use their facility. Rod Neal The ministry time in all three locations was awesome. We not only added to our intercessory ranks, but we networked with people that have the Joseph, Daniel, Cyrus and Gatekeeper anointings. We were met with adversity in our travels. We had delays and on two different occasions, our flight was canceled due to mechanical problems. I don t think the enemy wanted us to establish new intercessor groups. As a result of being covered by your intercessory prayers, I believe that all three locations will be a great success and grow and produce fruit. Zion Project Fund Due to your contributions to the Zion Project Fund, we were able to hold an intercessor meeting in Milwaukee and establish new intercessor groups in Redding, CA and Spokane, WA. As you can appreciate, the trip west was quite expensive. Nevertheless, we believe we were in the will of the Lord. We saved for numerous months in order to be able to make the trip. Unfortunately, the Zion Project Fund has almost been depleted. We need your help. If you believe in the Zion Project, would you consider a contribution? There is no doubt in our minds that the Lord has instructed us to hold intercessor meetings and network with people with the Joseph, Daniel, Cyrus and Gatekeeper anointing s. Many of the people we are networking with will be a part of the Zion Project in the years to come. If you have never contributed, would you consider doing so? If you have contributed, we thank you and ask that you would consider contributing again. Simply put, we can t hold the intercessor meetings without your financial help. Chuck Pierce has set up a special account for us through his ministry, Global Spheres, Inc. You will receive a tax deductable receipt. For donations, please make out your check payable to Global Spheres, Inc. and then designate it for "The Zion Project Fund." They can be mailed to: Global Spheres, Inc. PO Box 1601 Denton, TX 76202 If you prefer to call in a donation by credit card, you can call 1-888- 965-1099 or 1-940-382-7231. You need to say that you are giving a donation to Global Spheres, Inc. with a designation for "The Zion Project Fund." Finally, if you would like to give online, you can go to: http://globalspheres.org and click on the "giving tab," and then fill out the necessary information. Note there is a "Put Towards" field where you will select the drop down option for "Designated Gift." In the field just below this, you can type in your gift designation: The Zion Project Fund.
P A G E 3 Intercessor Meeting: Milwaukee Regional Directors of Intercession Milwaukee: Al and Ann Oak Ann and Al Oak were high school sweethearts and have been married nearly 50 years. They grew up in Greensburg Indiana and graduated from Tennessee Tech together in 1967. During their married years they have lived in Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Ohio, and now in West Bend, Wisconsin. Their son Alan and his wife Jody live in Mason, Ohio with three daughters. Their daughter Wendy and her husband Jon live in Gulf Breeze, Florida and have two sons and a daughter. Ann has degrees in education and nursing and has spent most of her working years in geriatrics. In 2003 Ann, with Al s assistance, purchased a failing assisted living home that has grown into a respected and valued asset for the local community. Ann considers Autumn Oaks a gift from God and it has become her personal ministry. Al has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. The first years of his career were spent managing manufacturing plants, both from the factory and corporate level. After consulting in Lean Manufacturing, Al has supported Ann s efforts in growing and operating Autumn Oaks. Ann and Al are excited about the Zion Project and are enjoying their role as Regional Directors of Intercession for Milwaukee. At a time when most of their friends and peers have retired, they feel that the Lord has a long career ahead of them doing Kingdom Work.

2 0 1 4 I S S U E 1 1 Research Update Rod Neal P A G E 9 The heavenly material (HM) research is progressing well. We made our first piece of HM copper metal on June 21st. Since then, I have been working at tweaking the process. I have recently improved the electrode pre-treatment process and the 7th key (the separation process). For those that have recently joined us as an intercessor, there are seven keys for restoring spin states. After running the HM reactor, we must be able to separate the HM copper from the natural copper. I was making a mistake with the 7th key and the Lord gave me a revelation how to correct it. As a result, I believe the 7th key is finished. Dr. Bob will be returning on November 5th to assist me in the lab. I believe I have enough HM copper to melt it down the second time. I need to operate the HM reactor in order to have enough HM copper to melt it down the third time. The word of the Lord is that once we have made HM copper metal three times without any mistakes or equipment failures, we can switch to nickel. I m excited about working with nickel since the Lord told me in July that HM nickel would be a natural room-temperature superconductor. I believe we can start working with nickel before the end of November. It is also my goal to be able to work with gold soon. I believe that gold in the HM state will be translucent. I have a prayer request. Once I have a room-temperature superconductor in hand, we need to establish its characteristics. I need to know where the Lord wants me to go for this purpose. I could go to a national lab, such as Oak Ridge National Laboritory, but I need to know for sure where the Lord wants me to go. There are pros and cons using a national lab. I have faith the Lord will let me know where He wants me to go in order to establish the characteristics. I believe your prayers regarding this matter will make a huge difference. I will keep you posted. Targeted Points of Intercession Our number one prayer request is locating an appropriate, safe lab, for establishing the characteristics of a superconductor. Pray for a third successful HM copper run before switching to nickel. We welcome a number of new intercessors to the Zion Project. Pray that the seed of faith, which was planted, will flourish and grow as they join in prayer with us. Pray for our newly formed Redding and Spokane monthly prayer meetings. The leaders in Redding are Mark and Karen Lex, assisted by Mary Chico and Rev. Ken Peters, assisted by Cory MacDonald in Spokane. Psalm 91:4 says, "He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler." We are in awe with God's faithful protection for all those involved in much travel, during our October meetings. Please continue to pray for all our intercessors and their families. Pray for our government leaders and the upcoming election. Pray for an honest election.
