ABOUT OUR MESSAGES This morning, we welcome Rev. Justin DeBerry to our pulpit, as Pastor Drew is given the week off from preaching. He will be opening 1 John 4:7-21, preaching a message entitled God is Love. Rev. DeBerry is Senior Pastor at West Center Baptist Church in Madison, SD, and was a colleague of Pastor Drew at Westminster Seminary California. He and his wife, Kerrie, have four daughters. This evening, we will be joining the other area Reformed churches at Aurora Reformed Church in Aurora Center at 7:00PM. Rev. Dan DeGraff of Corsica CRC will be bringing the message. PRAYERS AND PRAISES Please be in prayer for Wilmer and Joan Niewenhuis as Wilmer begins 8 weeks of radiation treatments in Sioux Falls soon for recurring prostate cancer. CRC/RCA Regional Deacon Training Event Anyone who is interested in learning more is invited to a deacon training event scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 6 from 6:30-9:00 PM in the fellowship hall at New Holland CRC.
