Welcome! I m so excited that you re here! Connecting with the angels for yourself is actually really easy. Plus, it s super fun and can be oh-so helpful. And I personally feel that having access to this type of direct and personal spiritual guidance is not only our right as humans, but a vital skill that each of us should have in order to live a blessed and Divinely guided life. I m going to show you how to connect with the angels for yourself, ask questions and get answers in just four easy steps. Ready to start? Great! Let s begin! 3
But first a little bit of extra info... Angels 101 Angels are celestial beings who have non physical forms. They are egoless (very important here because it means they have no motives or agenda other than assuring your highest good). And they are considered the messengers of God. In fact, the word angel means messenger of God. Angels help people of all religions, as they are nondenominational, and we do not pray to them or worship them. Guardian angels are personal angels that were assigned to watch over you, and just you, and guide you in your life, if you ask for their help. (They can t violate your free will except in life threatening situations, so be sure to ask!) Every human has at least 2 (although you can have many more). Archangels manage the guardian angels and oversee humanity. They are very powerful and large and are remarkably easy to perceive, once you dial in to their frequency. They are very eager to help us and each one has an area of expertise. (I work with a total of 15 of them in my angel work and they cover every topic from safety and protection to beautifying yourself and your surroundings!) The word archangel means chief messengers of God. Some notable example of Archangels are Archangel Michael, Archangel Raphael and Archangel Gabriel. They, like all angels, are nondenominational. Ascended masters are illumined, egoless beings who once lived on earth as great teachers and healers and are now in the spirit world. We can call upon one of these beings (or several) to help us with life s problems. They, too, are egoless. They also help people of all religions and we do not pray to them or worship them. Some examples of ascended masters are Jesus, Buddha, Mother Mary and Quan Yin. Okay, on to the steps now! 4
1 Take any reservations, doubts or fears that you have about connecting to and talking with the angels, and allow yourself to set them aside for a moment.the Archangels are aspects of Great Spirit/God/the Divine and are available to help all living beings, regardless of faith. And by asking for their help you re not worshipping them, you re just requesting a particular frequency of help from the Divine. The Archangels are always willing to help if you ask with sincerity and an open heart. You are not bothering them by asking for their help and they are capable of being with all people at the same time, just like the Divine. Next, say a prayer of intention: I now give myself permission to completely experience every aspect of angelic communication. I choose not to judge or rush this process, or to overthink or force anything. Instead, angels, I allow myself to just breathe and be. 5
2 Now it s time to center yourself. To do this: Make sure that you re physically comfortable. Close your eyes and take deep breaths, allowing each exhale to release any stress, fear, anxiety, or worry. As you do this, you can say: Angels, I now surrender to you any energy which does not serve me. Let go of any mental distractions and clear your mind. Breathe out anything in your mind that is causing you distraction. Then, just be in this moment! In this space, you re not conscious of any particular thought. You re not worried about what has happened or what could happen. You re just breathing and you re here and present. Know that you have the opportunity to continually recenter yourself through this process. At any moment you can just breathe out any energy that does not serve you. 6
3 Now it s time to call on the angels. You can call the specific Archangels by name. You can also call on specific Ascended Masters, if you wish. Or you can ask that: Any and all angelic beings or beings of light that are working with me in this lifetime, or that would like to work with me, please come into my energy now. Now actually FEEL this connection. Give yourself permission to feel yourself connecting with this higher energy. Allow yourself to actually feel uplifted by this energy. Take a moment to enjoy this feeling. 7
4 Then, send your request for guidance to the angels. Think or say out loud: Angels, what can you tell me about this [i.e., the topic with which you require assistance or desire information]? You can be really general here or quite specific in the questions that you ask and in the messages that you re requesting to receive. Now, this is really important - LET GO!! Let yourself believe whatever comes through. And when it comes to the information that you receive, whether it s too quiet, or subtle or fast, you can always ask the angels to adjust the messages so that it s easier for you to understand them. Also, be sure to ask for confirmations and signs that go along with the messages that you re asking to receive. These are signs that you ll receive after you ve connected here, letting you know that you ve been heard, that you understood the messages you received and that you re on the right path. 8
Depending on the issue about which you re seeking guidance, you may wish to call on a particular Archangel for assistance. Here are just a couple of the Archangels with whom you may wish to work: Call on ARCHANGEL CHAMUEL when you re in need of peace or love, or if you feel lost. Call on ARCHANGEL GABRIEL when you want inspiration or guidance. Call on ARCHANGEL JOPHIEL to bring in beauty and joy, as well as wisdom and clarity of thought. Call on ARCHANGEL MICHAEL when you re in need of courage and protection, or the strength to persevere. Call on ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL when you need healing of any sort. Call on ARCHANGEL URIEL for peace, illumination and wisdom, or for new ideas and insight. Call on ARCHANGEL ZADKIEL for help with finding forgiveness, for yourself and others, for developing tolerance, and for releasing guilt and anger. 9
As you use this method for connecting with the angels, I d like you to keep a couple of things in mind: You can t do this wrong. This is your own personal relationship with the Divine and right and wrong don t come into play. It will get easier with practice. Be willing to trust yourself. Your first thought is usually the most accurate. Second guessing yourself will lead to discouragement and feed the ego s fear that you can t do this. The more you work with angels the more will you learn about the importance of letting go and letting God. And the easier it will become to do so! 10
