BOOK STUDY: SURPRISED BY THE POWER OF THE SPIRIT We are often surprised by the power of the Spirit but always sustained by his presence. Please join us Sundays at 11:15 in the BWF Room upstairs to learn more and to share what you know with the class. CALENDARS FOR INMATES It's that time of year when calendars for next year begin arriving in the mail. Please don t throw them out! Chaplain Russ Gates of the Pennsylvania Correctional System assures us that inmates at the new Phoenix Facility are extremely grateful to have a calendar of their choosing on which to mark the passing of their days in 2019. Several churches around the country partner with Chaplain Gates to provide calendars to over 3,000 men incarcerated there. Calendars and pocket calendars are permitted as long as they do not have a spiral binding. Last year, FBC donated over 300 calendars that s about 60 pounds of calendars! Please put any calendars you with to donate in the collection box outside the office, or in the entrance to the Meeting House. Thank you!
