1 Peter 4:7 7 The end of all things is at hand; therefore be self- controlled and sober- minded for the sake of your prayers. 8 Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a mulbtude of sins. 9 Show hospitality to one another without grumbling. 10 As each has received a gie, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: 11 whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To Him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. 2

John 11 33 When Jesus therefore saw her weeping, and the Jews who came with her also weeping, He was deeply moved in spirit and was troubled, 34 and said, Where have you laid him? They said to Him, Lord, come and see. 35 Jesus wept. 36 So the Jews were saying, See how He loved him! John 11 37 But some of them said, Could not this man, who opened the eyes of the blind man, have kept this man also from dying? 38 So Jesus, again being deeply moved within, came to the tomb. Now it was a cave, and a stone was lying against it. 39 Jesus *said, Remove the stone. 6

6. Do you tend to be controlling of your mate? 7. Are you si_ng here thinking how many of these quesbons apply to someone you know? 10
1 CorinBans 13 4 Love is pabent and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant 5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resenbul; 6 it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. 7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. An honouring appraisal of others 1 Corinthians 12 21 The eye cannot say to the hand, I have no need of you, nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you. 22 On the contrary, the parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, 23 and on those parts of the body that we think less honorable we bestow the greater honor, 12
1 Corinthians 12 and our unpresentable parts are treated with greater modesty, 24 which our more presentable parts do not require. But God has so composed the body, giving greater honor to the part that lacked it, 25 that there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another. 21 The eye cannot say to the hand, I have no need of you, nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you. 13

Q. Will God judge me if I don t use my gies? Q. Can my gie be used for myself only? Q. How can I use my gies to serve God and others so that He is pleased with me? Luke 19 12 He said therefore, A nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom and then return.13 Calling ten of his servants, he gave them ten minas, and said to them, Engage in business unbl I come. 14 But his cibzens hated him and sent a delegabon aeer him, saying, We do not want this man to reign over us. 18
15 When he returned, having received the kingdom, he ordered these servants to whom he had given the money to be called to him, that he might know what they had gained by doing business. 16 The first came before him, saying, Lord, your mina has made ten minas more. 17 And he said to him, Well done, good servant! Because you have been faithful in a very linle, you shall have authority over ten cibes. 18 And the second came, saying, Lord, your mina has made five minas. 19 And he said to him, And you are to be over five cibes. 19
20 Then another came, saying, Lord, here is your mina, which I kept laid away in a handkerchief; 21 for I was afraid of you, because you are a severe man. You take what you did not deposit, and reap what you did not sow. 22 He said to him, I will condemn you with your own words, you wicked servant! You knew that I was a severe man, taking what I did not deposit and reaping what I did not sow? 23 Why then did you not put my money in the bank, and at my coming I might have collected it with interest? 24 And he said to those who stood by, Take the mina from him, and give it to the one who has the ten minas. 25 And they said to him, Lord, he has ten minas! 20
26 I tell you that to everyone who has, more will be given, but from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away. 27 But as for these enemies of mine, who did not want me to reign over them, bring them here and slaughter them before me. 1 Peter 4:7 7 The end of all things is at hand; therefore be self- controlled and sober- minded for the sake of your prayers. 8 Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a mulbtude of sins.... 10 As each has received a gie, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace... in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To Him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. 21
