Welcome! In this summer s worship series, Alive, we ll explore the work of the Holy Spirit. Understanding the Holy Spirit (also known as Spirit of God, Holy Ghost, Breath of God, Paraclete, and a bunch more) is essential to understanding God s work and will. God; in communion with Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and people like us; has made a new spiritual community where all people are welcome. Welcome to the Kingdom of God! God desires us to love God, love our neighbor, and love ourselves. We all quietly struggle with loving and caring for ourselves, and we need the Spirit to speak into our tired hearts. References to God as Creator, Parent, Mother, Counselor can be equally as helpful and valid.
