p r a i s e s a n n o u n c e m e n t s n e w s u p d a t e s i n f o r m a t i o n p r a y e r s In January, Ext.777 kicked off the year by continuing our Colossians study. We also had our annual ice skating event at the Yorba Linda ice rink, with 20 people coming out for it! In February, we celebrated Valentine s Day by having separate guy/girl events. The girls went to Karen s house for card-making, nail polish, snacks, and 2 movies Legally Blonde and Mrs. Doubtfire! We had a wonderful time of fellowship with the girls. The boys went to church for a board and video game night! They stayed up until 3 in the morning playing games like Super Smash and One Night. The following week, Alina Ext.777 j a n - f e b 2 0 1 7 opened up her home for a board game all-nighter, and we had lots of fun eating snacks and playing games all night long! Recently, we finished our Colossians study, and will be kicking off our paired Bible studies for the book of Philippians! Ext.777 members who are willing to help lead a study will be paired up with a leadership team member, and will present a message to the group. We are hoping that this will help engage everyone in the book of Philippians as we learn how to study the Word in-depth and teach it together! Besides Friday nights, we also like to just live life together and hang out outside of church. A bunch of us signed up for Crunch gym, and we also plan weekly hangouts or play board games after church. It s a fun way of growing as a community both spiritually and socially. We also go to the senior center once a month, and definitely need more volunteers to talk to the seniors, so please feel free to join us (we go every 2nd Sunday of the month!). God bless and thanks for reading! Game Night Overnighter at Alina's Ice Skating! Workout buddies! Girls Night at Karen s Dinner at Corner Bakery p a g e 3
