Advice from Counselling Pastor: The Sinners Comfort Prior to every contact, practitioners must pray for protection under the blood of our Lord Jesus from spiritual attacks and demonic interferences (in some cases) and wisdom to sieve and discern what information is necessary for the ministry and what is not. All information and details are meant to facilitate the healing and restoration but not meant for personal consumption beyond the session. These are especially so when the information are of a sexual nature or even pertains to vices. There must be cleansing immediately from defilement, transference and attachments post session. Practitioners must release themselves and dis-engage from the session otherwise staying on will bring attachment issues and subsequently the risks of transference.
