Main St. #161, Cartersville, GA 30121 (mailing) Church Plant Meeting Location: South Central Middle School 224 Old Alabama Rd. Emerson, GA 30137 Church Planter Email: frank@lakepointonline.com Church Planter Phone Number: 770-546-0038 (m) Brief description of the church plant focus group: Lake Point Church has teamed up with the developers at the new LakePoint Sports & Town Center being built in Emerson. This venue is a unique destination for traveling sports teams and their families. It will include 1200 acres of baseball fields, soccer & lacrosse fields as well as retail, hotels and entertainment. They anticipate 4-5 million people a year at the site. Our church will be reaching out to traveling sports teams and their families while providing a place to worship on site. We currently meet at a middle school next to this development. Please provide a brief bio/summary of you and your family: Frank Bennett and his wife Suzanne have six kids. The youngest three siblings were adopted from Ukraine about two years ago. The Bennett family lives in Bartow County. The kids are very involved with sports and travel club ball. Frank has been in ministry for over 20 years, mostly as a worship pastor while serving in LA, TX and GA. God s clear calling on Frank s life to plant a church came while serving on staff at First Baptist Church Cartersville, GA. After several months seeking the Lord s direction, the opportunity came to plant a new church at LakePoint to point people to God through a relationship with Jesus Christ, His Church and His world. Pray - We ask for people to pray for us. There are churches and families praying for Lake Point Church and the leadership. We send specific prayer needs to our partners. We need people praying for us. Promote - We ask for people to promote what God is doing at Lake Point Church within their network and sphere of influence. The purpose is to give God the glory, and to allow others to play a part. Pledge - There are many churches and families who have the financial resources to pledge into the heart of this dynamic opportunity. Mission projects, neighborhood canvasing and outreach opportunities abound for partner churches to invest their resource of people.

Memorial Drive, Dallas, Georgia 30132 Church Planter Email: area251@comcast.net Church Planter Phone Number: 404.906.5807 Brief description of the church plant focus group: We are meeting in historic downtown Dallas in a building built in 1950 as the Post Office. We have renovated that building into an Americana Music Venue and Family Integrated Church. We have a great community living around us. Many of our neighbors are attending regularly as well as many families from West Cobb County and East Paulding. We are the street level Church that meets on Sunday AM at 10:00 and Wednesday PM at 6:30. The city of Dallas holds a rich history from the old Civil War homes on Main Street to a rich tradition of bluegrass, gospel and Americana music that defines our rural hometown feel. We appeal to many musical, creative, artisan-types as well as families who enjoy our old church feel. Please provide a brief bio/summary of you and your family: Mark and Lisa Blackburn are GBC missionaries to Dallas, Georgia, serving to establish area251/reallife church - an Americana music venue and family-integrated church. They have three sons: Nathan, Eli and Joshua Blackburn. training, etc.) We love going out and meeting our neighbors, knocking on doors, inviting people to come to church. We also hold concerts as our outreach to attract our community to come inside. Rock, Country, Bluegrass - we have some of the best musicians around who have played at our place. Financial support is a great need as we establish our presence. Being in downtown we have a lot of the curious as well as a-young-believers congregation who hasn t matured into a tithing and giving group.

Marietta, GA 30062 Church Planter Email: jonathan@woodstockchurch.tv Church Planter Phone Number: 919-749-4862 Brief description of the church plant focus group: Families and young professionals in the affluent, metro East Cobb area of Roswell and Marietta Please provide a brief bio/summary of you and your family: Jonathan Catanzaro grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana in a Pastor s home. At an early age he understood the darkness of his heart and trusted Jesus as his Savior. From childhood, his desire was always to serve the Lord through ministering to the local church. Beginning his ministry at 17, Jonathan served several churches in North Carolina as an associate Pastor of Worship, but in college he received a clear call to teach and preach the Scriptures. He attended the College at Southeastern where he received a BA in Biblical Studies and History of Ideas. It was in college where he met his wife, Elissa. They married in August of 2006. Jonathan and Elissa continued living in Wake Forest where he attended Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, receiving his Master of Divinity in 2009 and the Master of Theology in 2011. Jonathan and Elissa were blessed with their firstborn son, Josiah in 2008 and their daughter Elianah in 2010. In 2012, the Lord allowed Jonathan the opportunity to be mentored by Dr. Johnny Hunt at Woodstock First Baptist an experience that had a lasting effect on the trajectory of his life and ministry. Now Jonathan and Elissa are very excited to be a part of making disciples at Woodstock Church // Shallowford. Campus ministry at Lassiter and Pope High Schools Missional community groups

Church Planter Family Church Plant Meeting Space N/A Church Planter Name: Trent Chambers Church Plant Name: Sojourn Community Church Church Plant Physical Address: 231 Arnold Mill Rd, Woodstock, GA 30189 Church Planter Email: trent@sojournwoodstock.com Church Planter Phone Number: 770-769-7495 Brief description of the church plant focus group: Woodstock GA has one of the lowest church participation rates in the state. There has been great change in this place over the last 10 years. The city is growing rapidly, with a growing arts scene, outdoor culture and love of all things local. As the city grows, the participation in church life continues to decline. The new life in Woodstock is bringing a greater diversity to the city s population. As with most suburban cities, the poor are marginalized and hidden. We want to be a church that is present in our city s vision for life and culture but with an intentional concern for the poor. Brief bio/summary of you and your family: I am a GA boy and my wife is a TX girl. In 2012, we sought to discern God s call on our lives to plant a church focused on Christ-centered worship, community-driven discipleship and a vision to be present with neighbors. We moved to Woodstock at the end of 2012 and started with 2 people, my wife & I. In January 2013 we began leading a small Bible study that, over the last 2 years has grown into the launch team of this new church. We love this city and all that God is doing here. We have great favor with our city and have been asked by city leadership to help care for the physical needs of the poor, elderly and widowed within the city limits. We are constantly looking for partners in local missions, including work teams and financial resources. Our greatest need is financial. We have seen fantastic growth and have witnessed the work of God in creating a caring culture at the church. The city desires us to be present in a downtown location. Though we continue to launch community groups and see a gospel influence rooted in our community, we do not have the means to support a part-time worship leader nor do we have the resources to support a move to the downtown area. We are looking for financial partners who will commit to give to the gospel work among the (de)churched of Woodstock.

Church Planter Family Church Plant Meeting Space N/A Church Planter Name: Stevie Flockhart Church Plant Name: Mosaic Church Church Plant Physical Address: Marietta, GA (East Cobb) Church Planter Email: Stevieflock@gmail (for right now) Church Planter Phone Number: 678-654-2900 Brief description of the church plant focus group: We are a team of about 20-30 people who are absolutely wrecked by the fact that 500,000 people within a 20-min radius of our plant don t know Jesus. We meet monthly and cast Vision to reach the Northwest Atlanta area and beyond. Brief bio/summary of you and your family: My wife and I have been together for 6 years, married for almost 4. We have 2 boys, Finn and Jude, and a baby girl on the way! I believe that my primary ministry is my family. I am a husband and a father before I am a pastor. My wife loves people and is in 100% support of the plant and for my calling. Without Vision the people perish. I could not agree with that more. We have BIG Vision, so that will require BIG support. An established church I hope, has seen life change take place in their own house. I believe that there are many opportunities to serve and engage a community. But where people will spend eternity is the most important issue that we as Christians face. We are starting in a very lost community. The ways we want to reach people will cost money, so we will need financial support. We want to reach them in creative and engaging ways which will take creativity and people. The partners we have will not only have the opportunity to give financially, but also help serve in community events and serving. Any training, formal or relationally, would be huge. We have no idea what we re doing!! An established church with high capacity, established leaders and pastors would be a huge blessing to myself, the staff and people of Mosaic Church.

The focus group is primarily African-Americans within a five-mile radius of us. We have several non-african-americans attending our services and we desire to be more diverse in our worship experience. Brief bio/summary of you and your family: Dexter and his wife Kim have three daughters and one son. Kim is a best-selling author, national speaker and life coach. She and Dexter lead marriage seminars across the country. Dexter has been privileged to acquire a wide range of ministry experience that includes serving as a Youth Director, Sunday School Teacher, Outreach Director, Pastor of Discipleship, Church Planter/Pastor, and Instructor at Detroit Bible Institute. We are hoping to refresh the hope of the core group, renew the identity of the church in the community, and redeem the resources for the Kingdom. We are currently in the early stages of this replant and plan to launch weekly services in January 2014. Bartow County is a growing county in northwest Atlanta that is anticipating significant growth over the next five years due to the Lake Pointe Sports Development, and we hope to be a church that makes disciples that make disciples. Brief bio/summary of you and your family: Mike McKee is the lead pastor of Image Church. He graduated from The University of North Carolina where he played baseball finishing with a BA in Communication. From there he received his Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mike was on staff at The Summit Church, located in Raleigh/Durham, NC, under Pastor JD Greear from 2012-2017. He served as one of the pastors there and played a role in launching The Summit Chapel Hill Campus in January 2013. Mike, his wife Ashley and their daughter Adalyn Grace were sent out from the Summit in the summer of 2017 to plant Image Church. We are at the stage now in the planting process where we are looking for churches to partner with us relationally and financially to help make this calling a reality. It is important to us that we have multiple churches behind us as we begin this journey, especially locally here in Atlanta. There are several ways that you can partner with us: through prayer, sending people to us from your church to be part of our core launch team, and giving toward our mission financially. We are excited for all that God is going to do! Gifts of the Georgia Baptists through Mission Georgia and the Cooperative Program enable us to partner together in fulfilling the Great Commission.
