Who is that baby? As part of our 135th Church Anniversary Celebration, there are several things planned. One of which is a "Who is that baby?" contest. Please submit your baby photos to Sis. Training for all ministry leaders and leads. For your convenience, we have scheduled a brief meeting to go over the forms requested from all ministries and the additional responsibilities of the ministry Pillar on Wednesday, November 7th - immediately following Mid-Week Bible Study.

Saturday, November 10th 2018 Church Conference - Saturday, November 10th - 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Fellowship Luncheon to follow All Strategic Plans ("SP"), Calendar Events, and 2019 Rosters will be due by 10/19/2018. These plans will need to be sent to you, the Pillar Team Leads will condense the reports into "one report" and submit to Sis. Chondrika Hayes. In addition, please prepare a "separate" sheet with all "suggested" calendar dates for the year. The SP will need to include any names of churches/pastors/speakers that will be invited for your event(s) in 2019. All events, meeting days & times, rehearsal days & times will need to be included in the SP. The goal is to have the church calendar completed and published by January 1, 2019. NOTE: All events will need to be approved and included on the calendar before it is published. If there is an event that you're not sure about, please include it. It will be easier to cancel than to try to plae an event on the calendar that wasn't a part of the SP. Annual Assessment for 2018 is due January 18, 2019 and also the 4th Quarter Ministry Report. Ministry Team Leaders meetings to be scheduled with Pastor Jones soon. An email is forthcoming.
