DAY 1 Welcome to Israel! Upon your arrival we will drive straight to the Sea of Galilee and have a wonderful dinner. GOD TV CEO Ward Simpson and our Israel Regional Director, Ron Cantor will greet the group. Welcome Home Take a walk on the boardwalk over the Sea of Galilee or buy some souvenirs, or, if you are tired, you can head to your room to get a good nights rest. Tomorrow, the fun begins! DAY 2 Boat ride on Sea of Galilee /Magdala/ Capernaum/Baptisms in the River Jordan We will begin with devotions as we sail the Sea of Galilee. Next, we ll visit the ancient town of Magdala and see a synagogue in which we know Jesus preached! At this synagogue, one of the greatest archeological finds was discovered quite by accident a few years ago when they were preparing to build a retreat center the Magdala Stone. We will enter Capernaum, Yeshua s headquarters, visit the beach where the fish and loaves miracle took place. DAY 3 - SUNDAY 3RD MARCH DISCOVER ISRAEL MT OF BEATITUDES At the Valley of Tears, we ll learn of Israel s miraculous victory in the 1973 tank battle with Syria. Israel was down to one brave tank unit, when the Syrians inexplicably fled. Next, we will ascend Mount Ben Tal, with its stunning view of the Syrian/Israeli border and snowcapped Mount Herman. We will finish the day with an amazing opportunity to give back to the Israel community by visiting the Children s Centre which GOD TV partners helped fund. Overnight in Tiberias. Rooftops of Jerusalem DAY 4 Mount Carmel Overlook/Keren Davis Kehilat Carmel/ Caesarea Boker Tov (Good morning)! Let s go see Mount Carmel, where Elijah called down fire from Heaven. Next, we ll enter the ancient city of Caesarea, once an artificial port built by Herod the Great that extended far into the Mediterranean Sea. We will now visit the wonderful congregation of Messianic believers at Keren Davis Kehilat Carmel for a time of praise and worship within their community. We will also have a special after dinner surprise! Get ready, it s now time to head to the Holy City, Jerusalem! Overnight in Jerusalem. View from Mount of Olives DAY 5 Mount of Olives/Garden of Gethsemane/ Upper Room/Jewish Quarter/ Western Wall/ Arab Market/ GOD TV Evening event We will begin our time in Jerusalem at the Mount of Olives. Jesus will touch down here, according to Zechariah 14, when He returns. Then we will walk down to the Garden of Gethsemane, visit the Upper Room, the Western Wall and then you ll have the options of being part of a special prayer walk on the Old City Walls or shopping for souvenirs in the Arab Market at the Jaffa Gate. Tonight, will have a special GOD TV broadcast event with the GOD TV team and guests from all over Israel. Overnight Jerusalem. Garden of Gethsemane OLD CITY JERUSALEM DAY 5 - TUESDAY 5 TH OF MARCH Western Wall The Upper Room JERUSALEM Welcome Home Last week I walked where He walked. Today, I stood where He will return on the Mount of Olives. As we visited the Upper Room I imagined Jesus eating the Passover meal with His disciples. This evening we will have a special GOD TV event, can t wait!

Old City Shopping DAY 6 City of David/Hezekiah s Tunnel/Davidson Center/ Western Wall/ Old City Shopping It is time to go and explore the Old City. Many people are not aware that the original Old City is just south of Temple Mount. We will see the Gihon Spring, ancient Jerusalem s water resource, Hezekiah s miraculous Tunnel and the Shiloah Pool as we walk through the City of David. We ll imagine Joab, climbing up the water tunnel, to take the City. Communion in the Garden Tomb Yad Vashem DAY 7 Yad Vashem/Ein Karem/Friends of Zion Museum / Garden Tomb/ Banquet Dinner We will start the day honoring the memory of the 6,000,000 Jews who died in the Holocaust at the Yad Vashem Holocaust museum. Down the road is the birthplace of John the Baptist at Ein Karem. After lunch you are in for a treat as we go to the Friends of Zion Museum a $50,000,000 multimedia memorial to Christians who loved the Jewish people, often to the point of risking their lives. (Bring tissues!) We will end the day with Communion at the Garden Tomb. Overnight in Jerusalem. Ein Karem Garden Tomb JERUSALEM DISCOVER ISRAEL DAY 7 - THURSDAY 7 TH OF MARCH Today I wept. We visited Israel s Holocaust museum. The stories just broke my heart. In the afternoon, at the Friends of Zion museum, I heard story after story of Christians who risked their lives for the Jewish people. I too want to be a friend of Zion. Prayer in Garden Tomb

It is time to go to the Dead Sea. Our first stop will be Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. It was the greatest archeological discovery in modern history. Dead Sea fun! DAY 8 - FRIDAY 8TH OF MARCH Golan Heights Then we will stop at En Gedi and see David s hiding place and the beautiful waterfalls. Next, we ll ascend Mt. Masada (with the help of a cable car!) and learn about the Jewish revolt from Rome that ended with Jewish refuges holding up in this mountain top fortress. DAY 9 Church of the Nativity Optional Bethlehem Tour (additional charge of $35 per person) or Free day to explore Jerusalem Today you can experience an opportunity to visit the little town of Bethlehem. Explore the Church of the Nativity and the place in which Jesus was born. See where Jesus was placed in the manger after his birth and visit the Milk Grotto, where Jesus, Mary and Joseph took refuge before they fled to Egypt following Jesus birth. Today we visited Bethlehem and we just loved it! This is the place where the angels of God announced to the shepherds the Good News of the birth of the Messiah, then we got to go inside the Nativity Church and see the silver star that marks the traditional spot where Jesus our Messiah was born.. An amazing experience! Bethlehem We will also visit Shepherd s Field, where an Angel is said to have announced the birth of Jesus here. Alternatively, have a free day to explore the Old City of Jerusalem yourself, visit Jaffa Gate or the Souk, where you can experience a really arabic market just inside the Old City. DAY 10 This is the hardest day time to go home. You will exchange addresses and emails. My life has been changed. I ve made so many new friends. GOD TV made a facebook page for us to stay in touch and share pictures. As the plane took off I cried tears of joy and sadness. Sadness that I am leaving Israel, but joy, knowing that He will soon return. We will open a private Facebook page so you can share pictures with everyone. Before you board the plane, take a moment and reflect on all you ve experienced. In Israel we never say good bye. We say L heet-rah-ote which means, Until we meet again.
