The bus leaves from in front of the Church ( 1550 Hendrickson Street, between Flatlands Avenue & Avenue P ) at 8:30am. The cost of this is $40.00, which includes a bagel for breakfast and a $30.00 bonus from the Casino. The next trip is scheduled for Thursday, December 7, 2017. COMMUNION TO THE HOMEBOUND If you know a parishioner who is unable to attend mass on the weekend, or are unable to attend yourself, please contact Fr. Clifford at 718-253-4404. Fr. Clifford will arrange a visit and then assign an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion to visit on a regular basis. Homebound parishioners are very grateful to be able to receive communion in their homes. Please keep our homebound members in your prayers. ADVENT SEASON SAVE THE DATE Christmas Tree Lighting Sunday December 10, 2017 After the 5:30pm Mass The Adult, Children s and Hand Bell choirs are preparing for the Advent and Christmas seasons. If anyone would like to join in singing or playing for these special occasions, please see Mr. Jim Millen, Music Director, at the organ after any of the weekend Masses. The Adult Choir will be singing at the Christmas Eve Midnight Mass. There will a program of Christmas carols and anthems before the Mass, beginning at 11:30 pm. Giving Tree Will soon be up and decorated with Christmas Tag Ornaments for children and families in need. The tree will go up on Saturday, December 2 nd, the first weekend of Advent and gift donation must be returned before Sunday, December 17 th. Our recipients of the generous gift of our parish are Hour Children. Our gifts will brighten the lives of many ranging from babies and their mothers and children of all ages.
