In today s Gospel, we hear the ques on: Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest? Jesus replied, You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. The two great commandments engage our whole humanity in an ongoing conversa on with God and with each other. Observe them well with a passionate, hear elt, soulful and mindful commitment to God and to God s created world. Let our prayer this week be for the grace to share God s love.
