Christmas Cantata Rehearsal: The next gathering for adults will be tomorrow evening, Monday, November 5 at 7 p.m. Christmas Music Teen and Adult Sign-Up form is enclosed in the bulletin today. Please prayerfully consider how you can help to make this program a blessed and fruitful experience. Place your completed form in the box beside the door of the Music Office. Children s Christmas Musical Lunch Rehearsal today following the morning service (BRING LUNCH for all children in Gr. 2 and up) in Rooms 20-21. For children ages 4-6, please fill out a form and give to Cindi Decker. We are planning a song for them if there are enough children PLEASE REGISTER THEM BY TODAY. Parents or other adults are also needed on a rotational basis as lunch chaperones for Children s rehearsals from 12:20 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. or later times as the season progresses. There is a sign-up on the bulletin board. All parents and willing adults please fill out a separate Adult Support form or see the Lunch Coordintor (Debby Beach). Pick-up time today will be around 3:30 p.m. with auditions or certain teams dismissing later (see posted signs). Auditioning students will need to stay until auditions are complete. ABBA Certificates - If you shop at Shop Rite or Acme, please consider buying a gift card from either store, in denominations from $5 to $100. It is exact exchange of money, with no surcharge, and five cents of every dollar benefits ABBA Pregnancy Crisis Center. YOUTH ANNOUNCEMENTS THE BRIDGE Please join us each Friday at 7:30 p.m. for an exciting time of learning God s Word, exciting Games, Sports and spending time with Friends with Food and Fellowship. Bring a Friend! Awana club Join us each Friday for our children s AWANA ministry for grades K 6 th. We will learn the Word of God, experience an exciting Game Time and enjoy Music and Teaching. Bring a friend!! ATTENTION ALL AWANA LEADERS & HELPERS We will be having our next meeting Sunday, November 11 th following the morning service. EACH MONTH after September we provide a store for the clubbers to spend AWANA shares they have earned in club. The store is stocked with games, toys, books and other items they can purchase with their shares. We are asking the congregation for donations of new/unused toys, games and books that would be appropriate for children ages 4-12 to help stock the AWANA Store. We respectfully ask that items not be previously used, no weapon/war toys, or food items. Items can be purchased inexpensively at Dollar Stores or Five Below. Online Registration for Children s Ministries: You may complete an online registration form to register your children for this new year of ministries (AWANA, Youth, Sunday School, Jr. Church) by going to the home page of the church web site (www.fbcwillingboro.org). Click on the banner slide for AWANA or The BRIDGE (rotating event slider) and you will be taken to the registration form (same form for all ministries). If you already filled out a VBS Registration Form for your child this summer, you are already current and do not need to submit a new form. If there are any changes to your form, however, please be sure to update the information by speaking with a Registration Guide (or fill out a new form if you wish). 6

Ordination & Installation Service for Abraham Ansu Momo The First Baptist Church Family is cordially invited to join with our brothers and sisters at the Good News Baptist Church next Sunday afternoon November 11 th at 3 p.m. for the Ordination & Installation for Pastor Momo. This service will be followed by a Celebration Dinner for all in the Gymnasium. Please come and support our brother, his family, and the Good News Baptist Church for this blessed occasion. Handicap Restrooms - Unless it is an emergency, please use our regular restrooms facilities to allow our people with special needs complete access to the Handicap Accessible Bathroom. Thank you for your cooperation in this area. Parking Spaces Please refrain from parking in the designated handicap spaces unless you have an authorized permit. Please DO NOT PARK in unauthorized or unmarked spaces to allow access for Emergency Service vehicles. If you need assistance in parking, please pull up to the awning at our main entrance and someone will assist you. Health Concerns During the Services If you don t feel well during a service please summon an usher or ask a neighbor in the pew to summon someone so that we can adequately tend to any medical issues. Please do not be concerned about disrupting the service. We care about you! Parents & Children Parents, in an effort to consistently improve our worship services, we ask you to sit with your children and teenagers in the worship service so that all can be edified without great distraction. Phones and tablets can be used too by our young people to access sermon notes and the Bible online, but we ask that they refrain from other uses so that they can grow as well. Tithes & Offerings FBC keeps track of all financial giving by check or cash through an envelope system. If you want a financial tax deduction statement at the end of year, please help us by requesting and using our envelope system. Please put name clearly on your envelope for the first month or two so we can be accurate in recording your giving. Gordon Johnson is our point of contact to request an envelope box.
