Lesson 1: HOW GOD MADE THE WORLD Genesis 1; 2v1-7 1-1 Where can we learn how the world was made? In the Bible, God s Word. 1-2 Who made the world? God: In the beginning God created the heaven & the earth. Gen 1v1 1-3 What happened when God said, Let there be light? There was light. God called the light day & the dark night. And the evening & the morning were the 1st day. 1-4** Name some of the things God made? 1. light 2. clouds, sea, air 3. dry land, plants, trees 4. sun, moon, stars 5. birds, fish 6. animals & man 1-5 What did God do on the 7th day? on the 7th day God ended his work which he had made; & he rested on the 7th day from all his work which he had made. Gen 2v2

Lesson 2: how god made the first man and woman Genesis 1v26-28; 2v7-9; 15-25; 3v20 2-1 How did God make Adam? the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, & breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; & man became a living soul (person). Gen 2v7 2-2 Where did God put Adam after He had made him? In the beautiful garden of Eden. 2-3 What did God tell Adam to do in the garden? God told Adam to keep the garden & be in charge of all the birds & animals. To care for the fruit & vegetables which would be their food. 2-4 What did God make with the rib which He took out of Adam s side? And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, & brought her unto the man. And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, & flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Gen 2v22-23 2-5** Why was Adam not lonely anymore after the woman was made? Adam was not lonely anymore because he had the woman to talk to & help him to do what God wanted him to do, working in the garden.

Genesis 1v29; 2v9,16-17; 3 3-1 Could Adam & Eve eat of all the trees in the garden? No, there was 1 tree they could not eat of. 3-2 What was the tree of which they could not eat? but of the tree of the knowledge of good & evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. Gen 2v17 3-3 What did God say would happen to Adam & Eve if they ate the fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good & Evil? They would die. 3-4** a) What was the lie that the serpent told to Eve? Ye shall not surely die: Gen 3v4 3-4** b) What did Eve do after she listened to the serpent instead of believing God? She disobeyed God & took the fruit & ate it. Then she gave some to Adam & he ate also 3-5 What did God make for Adam & Eve after they sinned? God clothed Adam & Eve with coats of skin.

Genesis 3v15-19; 4v1-15 4-1 What were the names of the first 2 sons of Adam & Eve? Cain & Abel. 4-2 Cain grew things from the ground. What did Abel do? Abel was a shepherd, he looked after sheep. 4-3** God wanted an offering from Cain & Abel. a) What did Cain & Abel each offer? Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the LORD. And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock & of the fat thereof. Gen 4v3-4 4-3** b) Which offering was God pleased with? Abel s offering. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering: Gen 4v4 4-3** c) What did Cain do to Abel when Cain s offering was not accepted? Cain was very angry & killed his brother Abel.

Lesson 5 Genesis 6,7,8 5-1 Why did God decide to destroy all living things on the earth? Because almost all the people on the earth were wicked & corrupt & there was lots of violence. 5-2 Why was Noah the one chosen to build the Ark? Noah was righteous & faithful to God. Noah found favor in the eyes of the LORD. Gen 6v8 5-3** God told Noah to build a big boat called an Ark.** a) Tell what Noah did when it was finished. God told Noah to bring every kind of animal, bird & creeping thing into the ark (2 of each - male & female). Clean animals & birds - 7 pairs of each. They gathered food for themselves & the animals. Noah & his wife, Shem, Ham & Japheth with their 3 wives went into the ark. 5-3** b) What did God do then? God shut the door of the ark. 5-3** c) Tell what happened outside the Ark after that. Waited 7 days & on the 7 th day it began to rain. Big waves crashed onto the land, the floods came up until the largest mountain was covered in water. Every living thing on the earth died. But Noah, his family & all the creatures in the ark were safe. It rained for 40 days & 40 nights & then stopped. The Ark floated on the water for 150 days & came to rest on Mt Ararat. Noah sent out a raven which did not return. It flew back & forth until the waters dried up. 7 days later Noah sent out a dove & it came back because there was nowhere to rest. 7 days later Noah sent the dove out again & it came back with an olive leaf. 7 days later Noah sent the dove out a 3 rd time & it did not return. The waters had dried up! God told Noah & his family to leave the Ark with all the animals. 5-4 What does the rainbow remind us of? God s promise to Noah that He would never again destroy all flesh with such a big flood.

LESSON 6 God tells Abram to leave Ur Gen 11v27-32, 12v1-7 6-1 Abram lived in the city of Ur. Did the people of Ur know & obey God? No, Ur was a wicked city. The people there worshipped idols. 6-2 Why did Abram leave the city of Ur? Because God told him to leave Ur & go to a land God would show him. 6-3 Who went with Abram when he left Ur? Sarai his wife, Lot his nephew & Terah his father. 6-4** What was the great promise God made to Abram when He spoke to him at Haran? I will make of thee a great nation, & I will bless thee, & make thy name great; & I will bless them that bless thee & curse him that curseth thee: & in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. Gen 12:2-3 6-5 Did Abram believe God? Yes he did. By FAITH Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; & he went out, not knowing whither he went. Heb 11v8

LESSON 7 Abram and Lot separate & God destroys Sodom & Gomorrah Gen 13; 17v4,5; 19v1-29 7-1 What was the name of Abram s nephew? Lot. 7-2 ** Abram & Lot lived together in the land of promise. (a) Why did Lot decide to go & live somewhere else? Abram & Lot s servants were fighting & arguing because there was not enough grass to feed both of their flocks of sheep & cattle. 7-2** (b) What was the place like where he went? The plain of Jordan was green & well-watered. The best land for feeding his flocks. 7-3 What was the name of the city where Lot dwelt before it was destroyed? Sodom. 7-4 What happened to Lot s wife when she looked back? She became a pillar of salt. 7-5 What did God promise Abram after Lot departed from him? Lift up now thine eyes, & look from the place where thou art north, south, east, & west: For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, & to thy seed for ever. Gen 13v14

LESSON 8: Abraham is told to sacrifice Isaac his son Gen 17v5,6,17; 18v1-11; 21v1-5; 22v1-19 8-1 What message did the 3 angels bring to Abraham? Sarah thy wife shall have a son. Gen 18v10 8-2 What was the name of the son God gave to Abraham & Sarah? Isaac. 8-3** a) When Isaac was grown up, what did God ask Abraham to do? Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest and offer him there for a burnt offering Gen 22v2 8-3** b) Did Abraham hurt Isaac? No. Just as Abraham lifted up the knife to kill his son, the angel of God called out Abraham, Abraham! Do not harm the child! Now I know how faithful you are! 8-3** c) What did Abraham offer instead of Isaac? God provided a ram - it was caught by it s horns in a thicket nearby. 8-4 Who is going to rule over all the earth? Jesus Christ will be King when he returns to set up God s Kingdom.

Lesson 9 How a wife was found for Isaac Gen 24 9-1 Why did Isaac not marry one of the women of the land of Canaan? Because they did not believe in God. 9-2** Eliezer was Abraham s most trusted servant. a) What did Abraham ask him to do? Abraham asked him to go back to his family in Haran & find a wife for Isaac, his son. 9-2** b) Who helped Eliezer? God sent His angel to help Eliezer. 9-2** c) How would Eliezer know which lady would be the wife for Isaac? He prayed to God for a sign. When he asked the young lady for a drink, she would say to him Drink, and I will give thy camels drink also Gen 24v14. 9-2** d) Who was the lovely lady Eliezer brought back to the land of Canaan? Rebekah.

Esau sells his Birthright to Jacob Gen 25v21-34; 27v1-38, 41 10-1 What were the names of the twin sons that God gave to Isaac & Rebekah? Esau & Jacob 10-2 What kind of man was Esau? Esau had red hair all over him. Esau was a skilful hunter of animals. 10-3 What kind of man was Jacob? Jacob was a quiet & thoughtful man. Jacob was a shepherd. He looked after his father s sheep & herds. 10-4 Why did Esau sell his birthright to Jacob? He sold it for a plate of food. He had been out hunting & caught nothing & he was tired & very hungry. So hungry he thought he would die! 10-5** a) How did Rebekah dress Jacob so that his father thought he was Esau? She dressed Jacob in Esau s clothes & put the skins of the goats on Jacob s hands & neck, so he felt hairy. 10-5** b) What happened when Esau came back from his hunting & prepared the venison for his father? Esau asked his father for a blessing. Isaac trembled when he realised he had blessed Jacob & there was no blessing left for Esau! Esau was very upset & angry. He hated Jacob & wanted to kill him. 10-5** c) Was it right for Jacob to lie to his father to get the blessing? No, it was wrong! Jacob should have trusted in God to work things out, not tried to do things their own way.

Jacob s Dream about the ladder and the Angels Gen 27v41-46; 28v1-5, 10-22 11-1** Jacob was leaving home to get away from his brother Esau. a) What did Jacob see in his dream as he slept out in the open with a stone for a pillow? He saw a ladder reaching from earth into heaven. The angels of God were going up & down it. 11-1** b) Who spake to him in the dream? God. I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, & the God of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed; Gen 28v13 11-1** c) What did God promise to do for Jacob wherever he went? God promised to care for Jacob & bring him home safely. Behold, I am with thee, & will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, & will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of. Gen 28v15 11-2 God made great promises to Jacob. When will these promises come to pass? When Jesus returns to earth, to set up God s Kingdom. 11-3 What did Jacob do with the stone that he had used for his pillow? He set it up as a pillar & poured oil upon it. He called the name of the place Bethel meaning House of God.

Lesson 12: Joseph is sold by his brothers into Egypt Gen 37; 39v1-2 12-1 Which son did Jacob love the most? Joseph. 12-2 What did Jacob give Joseph to wear? A very special coat of many colours. 12-3 Why did Joseph set out to find his brothers? Jacob sent him to find out if his brothers were all well. 12-4 What did the brothers do to Joseph when he found them? They seized him, ripped off his special coat & threw him into a pit. Then they sat down to eat. 12-5** Tell what happened to Joseph when his brothers threw him into a pit. Reuben left his brothers & as they were eating, a company of merchants (Ishmeelites) came by on their way to Egypt. The brothers decided to sell Joseph to them for 20 pieces of silver. The merchants took him to Egypt to sell him as a slave. But God was with Joseph & brought him safely to Egypt where he was bought by Potiphar (the captain of Pharaoh s guard). 12-6 What did the brothers SAY to Jacob their father when they got home? The brothers took Joseph s special coat & dipped it in the blood of a goat. They took the special coat to Jacob & said: We found this coat. See if it is your sons or not? This have we found: know now whether it be thy son's coat or no.. Gen 37v32

Lesson 13 How Joseph became Governor of All Egypt Gen 39v1-6, 17-23;40; 41v1-49 13-1 When Joseph worked for Potiphar, who told lies about him? Potiphar s wife. 13-2 Potiphar put Joseph in prison. Two men in the prison had dreams. Who were they? Pharaoh s baker & butler. 13-3 Did the butler remember Joseph as soon as he was let out of prison? No. 13-4** Pharaoh, the ruler of Egypt, had 2 dreams. a) What were the 2 dreams? Dream 1 7 fat cows came out of the river & ate grass in the field. Then 7 thin cows came out of the river & they ate up the fat cows, but they did not get any fatter. Dream 2 7 full ears of corn were growing on 1 stalk. Then 7 thin ears of corn grew up & ate the 7 fat ears of corn, but they did not grow any fatter. 13-4** b) How did he find out the meaning of the 2 dreams? He asked the wise men of Egypt but they could not tell him the meaning of the dreams. The butler remembered Joseph; so Pharaoh got Joseph out of prison & asked him. Joseph asked Pharaoh to tell him his dreams & God would tell the meaning. Meaning: God was showing Pharaoh what was about to happen in Egypt, there would be 7 years with plenty of food, followed by 7 ears of famine (no rain, so no food). 13-5 Pharaoh needed a wise man to be in charge of the food. a) Who did he choose? Joseph. 13-5 b) What did he give him? Pharaoh gave Joseph his own ring, a golden chain, fine clothes to wear, & he got to ride in the 2 nd best chariot.

Gen 42 Lesson 14 Joseph s Brothers come to Egypt 14-1 Why did Joseph s brothers go to Egypt? There was a famine in the land so Jacob sent his sons to Egypt to buy corn. 14-2 Who stayed at home when Jacob s sons went to Egypt to buy corn? Benjamin. 14-3** a) When Jacob s sons came down into Egypt, who was ruler there? Joseph. 14-3** b) Did they know him? No, they did not recognise him. 14-3** c) Why did Joseph say to them, You are spies? Joseph was testing them to see if they had changed, or if they were still the wicked brothers who sold him to the merchants. 14-3** d) Who stayed in prison while Joseph s brothers went home to Canaan? Simeon. 14-4 a) What did they discover at the inn when one of the brothers fed his ass? His money was in the mouth of his sack (the money he had paid for the corn). 14-4 b) What did they each find in their sacks when they got home? They found the money they had used to buy the corn. It had been returned to them!

Lesson 15: Joseph s Brothers come to Egypt again Gen 43 45v8 15-1 Who did the brothers have to take back with them to Egypt? Benjamin (their youngest brother). 15-2 What did Joseph make ready for his brothers when they came down to Egypt the 2nd time? A feast. 15-3 What did Joseph tell his servant to put in 1 of the sacks? Joseph s own silver cup - into the top of Benjamin s sack. 15-4** When the brothers were on their way home again Joseph sent his servant after them. Tell what happened. The brothers said they were honest & if the cup was found in 1 of their sacks, the man who had the cup would be put to death, & the rest of them would be slaves in Egypt. The servant looked through their sacks & found the cup in Benjamin s sack. The brothers were frightened & hurried back to Joseph & fell down before him. Joseph said the man in whose hand the cup is found shall be my servant 15-5 Who offered to become Joseph s servant instead of Benjamin? Judah. 15-6 What did Joseph do when he could see how much the brothers had changed? He sent all the Egyptians out of the room. Then Joseph wept aloud & said: "I am Joseph! Is my father still alive? Gen 45v3

Exo 1v7-22; 2v1-10; Heb 11v23 16-1 Why did the Egyptians make the children of Israel slaves? The new Pharaoh did not know Joseph & the great work he had done. They were afraid the Israelites would join Egypt s enemies & fight against them. Behold, the children of Israel are more & mightier than we: Come on, let us deal wisely with them; lest they multiply, & join also unto our enemies, & fight against us... Exo 1v9-10 16-2 What did Pharaoh want the Hebrew nurses to do? To kill Hebrew baby boys that were born, but leave the baby girls alive. 16-3 Why did God bless the Hebrew nurses? The nurses feared God & would not kill the baby boys. 16-4 What did Pharaoh command all his people about the baby boys? Every son that is born ye shall cast into the river, & every daughter ye shall save alive.. Exo 1v22 16-5** a) Tell what Jochebed did when she could no longer hide baby Moses from Pharaoh. Jochebed made a basket (or ark) out of reeds from the river. She covered it with pitch so no water could come in. She put Moses in the basket & placed it in the reeds by the river s edge. Miriam (Moses sister) watched from a distance. 16-5** b) Who found him? Pharaoh s daughter the Princess. She had come down to wash in the river with her maidens. 16-5** c) Who did Miriam bring back to be a nurse for baby Moses? Jochebed (Moses mother).

LESSON 17: Moses at the Burning Bush Exo 2v15,20,21; 3; 4v1-8 17-1 What work did Moses do while he lived in Midian? Moses was a shepherd. He looked after Jethro s sheep. 17-2** a) What strange sight did Moses see one day while looking after his sheep near Mount Sinai? A bush burning with fire that did not burn away. The leaves were still green! 17-2** b) Who spoke to Moses out of the middle of the burning bush? An angel of God. 17-2** c) What did the angel of God say to Moses? he said, Moses, Moses. And Moses said, Here am I. And the angel said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground. Exo 3v4-5 17-3 What did God tell Moses that He was going to do? God was going to save the children of Israel & bring them out of Egypt into the land of Canaan. God had chosen Moses to go back to Egypt & tell Pharaoh to, Let Israel go! 17-4 What happened to Moses rod when he threw it on the ground as God had said? The rod turned into a serpent. 17-5 What happened when Moses picked it up again? The serpent turned back into a rod.

LESSON 18: The Terrible Plagues on Egypt Exo 4v28-31; 5; 7; 8v1-19; 18-1 Did the people of Israel believe Moses when he showed them the signs? Yes the people believed. 18-2 Did Pharaoh obey at first when Moses told him that God said he must let the children of Israel go? No. Who is the LORD, that I should obey his voice to let Israel go? I know not the LORD, neither will I let Israel go. Exo 5v2 18-3 How many plagues did the God of Israel send on Egypt? 10 terrible plagues. 18-4 How many plagues did the Israelites suffer as well as the Egyptians? Only 3 plagues water into blood, frogs & lice. 18-5** Tell what 1 of these dreadful plagues was like. Water turned into blood: All the fish in the river died. The river stunk terribly & the people could not drink it for 7 days. They had to dig holes to find drinking water. Frogs: Frogs were everywhere! In their homes, ovens, cooking pots, beds; even all over the people. Lice: All people & beasts were bitten by tiny lice. They had painful itching sores all over them. 18-6 What did Pharaoh do when each of the plagues was taken away? Pharaoh hardened his heart & would not let the children of Israel leave Egypt.

Exo 8v20-10v29 19-1 Where did the children of Israel live while they were in Egypt? In the land of Goshen, in the north of Egypt. 19-2 Pharaoh said he would let the children of Israel go. Did he keep his promise? No, he kept hardening his heart. the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, neither would he let the children of Israel go; Exo 9v35 19-3 When God sent a terrible disease on all the animals in Egypt, what happened to the animals of the children of Israel? None of the animals of the children of Israel died, not 1! 19-4 One of the plagues was when God sent a strong east wind over Egypt. What did the wind bring into the land of Egypt? Locusts. So many locusts that they were like a big dark cloud that covered the land. 19-5** a) What was the plague of darkness like? The darkness was so thick & black that the people could feel it closing in all around them. For 3 days they did not see the sun or any light! 19-5** b) Was there darkness in Goshen? No! The children of Israel had light in their houses.

Exodus 11v4 12v30; 1 Corinthians 5v7 20-1 What terrible work was the Angel of Death going to do at midnight? Kill every firstborn in the land of Egypt. 20-2 What was the name of the feast which the children of Israel had to keep before they left Egypt? The Passover. 20-3** a) What did Israel do with the blood of the Passover lamb? They sprinkled the blood of the Passover lamb on the lintels & doorposts of their houses, with a bunch of hyssop. 20-3** b) How were the children of Israel dressed when they ate the Passover lamb? With shoes on their feet, staff in their hand & their belts on; dressed ready to leave Egypt. 20-3** c) Why were they dressed like that? So they were ready to leave Egypt when Moses called them. 20-4 Into whose homes did the Angel of Death go to kill the firstborn? The homes of the Egyptians that had no blood sprinkled on the doorposts & lintels. at midnight the LORD smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon; & all the firstborn of cattle. Exo 12v29

Exodus 12v31-36; 13v17-15v21 12-1 How did God show Moses & Aaron & the children of Israel the way to go when they left Egypt? God sent His Angel to show them the way to go. The Angel went before them in a pillar of cloud by day & in a pillar of fire by night. 12-2 What did Pharaoh & the Egyptians do after the children of Israel left Egypt? Pharaoh & his men said What have we done we have let our slaves go! So they prepared their chariots & chased after Israel. 21-3** a) How did the children of Israel cross the Red Sea? Moses said Fear ye not, stand still, & see the salvation of the LORD. Exo 14v13 God told Moses to stretch his rod out over the Red Sea. Then He caused a very strong wind to blow all the night which pushed back the waters of the sea leaving a dry path right to the other side Israel marched through the middle of the sea on dry ground. 12-3** b) What happened to the Egyptians when they followed Israel into the Red Sea? Their wheels sank into the sand & fell off their chariots. The Angel of God was helping the Israelites. God told Moses to stretch his hand over the sea again & the waters poured back down over Pharaoh & his army. They all drowned. 21-4 How did the children of Israel thank God after He brought them safely through the Red Sea? Moses & the children of Israel sang a song of thankfulness and praise to God!

Lesson 22: God Gives Food to His People in the Wilderness Exodus 15v22-27;16 22-1 What did Moses have to do to make the bitter waters of Marah sweet? God showed Moses a tree and told him to throw it into the water. The bitter water was healed & became sweet. 22-2 Why did the people murmur in the wilderness? The people became hungry & thirsty & forgot that God would care for them. 22-3** a) How did God give flesh to Israel in the wilderness? God made quails come around the camp of Israel. They were fat little birds & the people could catch them easily & cook them for meat. 22-3** b) How did God give bread to Israel in the wilderness? God sent dew from heaven & when the sun came out the dew disappeared & left small round things lying on the ground. It was bread that God had sent for them to eat. 22-3** c) What did the children of Israel call the bread which God gave them from heaven? Manna. when the children of Israel saw it, they said It Is Manna: for they wist not what it was. Moses said unto them, This is the bread which the LORD hath given you to eat. Exo 16v15 22-3** d) At what time of the day did Israel have to gather the manna? Early in the morning before the sun grew hot. 22-4 Aaron had to put some manna in a special place. a) Where did he put it? In a special golden pot in the Ark of the covenant, inside the Tabernacle. 22-4 b) Why did he put it there? To remind the people of how God had fed them in the wilderness.

Lesson 23: God gives the children of Israel 10 Commandments Exodus 19; 20v1-17 23-1 Moses was sent to lead the children of Israel out of Egypt & he brought them to a big rocky mountain. What was the name of the mountain? Mt Sinai. 23-2 God spoke some commandments to the children of Israel. How many of these commandments were there? 10. 23-3 The first 5 commandments were to teach the children of Israel to love someone first of all. Who were they to love first of all? Love the Lord their God. 23-4 The second 5 commandments were to teach Israel to love someone else. Who were they to love as well? Love other people / our neighbours. 23-5** Can you remember any of the 10 commandments? Which ones can you remember? 1. Thou shalt have no other gods before me. 2. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image. 3. Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain 4. Remember the Sabbath Day & keep it holy 5. Honour thy Father & thy Mother 6. Thou shalt not kill 7. Thou shalt not commit adultery. 8. Thou shalt not steal thy neighbour s goods. 9. Thou shalt not bear false witness 10. Thou shalt not covet the things thy neighbour owns.

Exodus 32 24-1 How long was Moses away in the mountain? Forty days & forty nights. 24-2 What was written on the 2 tables of stone that Moses was given in the Mount? The 10 commandments 24-3 Did the people think that Moses was coming back? No! The people thought he was never coming back. 24-4 Aaron took gold from the people of Israel & made something with it. What did he make? A golden calf. 24-5** a) What were the people doing when Moses came back to the camp? Singing & dancing like a wild party to worship the golden calf. 24-5** b) What did Moses DO? Moses threw the 2 tables of stone to the ground & they broke apart. Moses burnt the golden calf & ground it to powder. He spread the powder on the water & made the people drink it. As Moses stood in the gate of the camp he said.. Who is on the LORD'S side? let him come unto me Exo 32v26 24-5** c) What did Moses make the children of Israel drink? Moses burnt the golden calf & ground it to powder, then put it in the water & made the children of Israel drink it.

Exodus 12v31-36; 13v17-15v21 25-1 Which tribe did God choose to be His special servants to help the people worship Him? The tribe of Levi (the Levites). 25-2 Which family were the priests? The family of Aaron were the priests & Aaron was the High Priest. 25-3 What was the special tent called where the people came to worship God? The Tabernacle. 25-4 What happened to Nadab & Abihu, Aaron s sons? Nadab & Abihu were Priests that did not do exactly as God had asked. They did not get the burning coals from God s altar as God had told them to. They took burning coals from somewhere else into the Tabernacle which made God very angry! God sent fire & burned Nadab & Abihu to death. 25-5 Who carried all the parts of the Tabernacle when Israel moved their camp? The rest of the Levites (who weren t Priests). 25-6 Why did the Levites have to study God s laws very carefully? The Levites had to teach the children of Israel what God s Law said, as the people did not have a copy of their own.
