Deposit of $ 500.00 per person along with copy of passport and optional trip cancellation insurance is due immediately. Final payment is due at 60 days before departure. Cancellation fee is $ 250.00 per person from time of deposit to 60 days before departure. Within 45 days of departure all payments are non-refundable as the tickets and the land are paid for. All payments received within 45 days are considered late payment and are $ 100.00 additional. Insurance is highly recommended as all payments are non-refundable within 60 days of departure.
