1 The 10:00 AM is moved from St. Bernard s to the Lodge for Sunday, September 27 th. Mass will be followed by a pot-luck with hamburgers and hot dogs provided by the Knights of Columbus Councils 599 and 7803! Everyone is asked to please bring a side dish to pass! 2 Council Meeting Monday, September 14 th at 7:00 PM, SBS Library! There was no Council meeting in August. Members gathered for Mass, celebrated by our Worthy Chaplain Fr. Patrick Ratigan with the installation of officers before the final blessing! Following Mass, members and family gathered for a cookout of hamburgers and hot dogs. Thank you Fr. Ratigan for providing the Glazier hot dogs, and Brother Rick Sayles for doing the grilling! Congratulations to our Newest Member of the Third Degree, ANDREW WRIGHT! (Back row, far left) Exemplification of the Third Degree was conferred on Sunday, August 9 th at St. Paul s in Bloomingdale. Council 7803 were perfect hosts and provided an excellent meal!

First Degree at Potsdam Council 340 on Thursday, August 27 th First and Second Degrees at Canton on Sunday, August 30 th Possible Fourth Degree planned for October in Plattsburgh FIRST & SECOND DEGREE TEAMS Councils 599 and 7803 are still looking to form First and Second Degree teams. Our Brothers of Council 7803 did an outstanding job hosting with many, many comments on how good the meal was! Councils 599 and 7803 are still planning to form a Second Degree Team with the assistance of members from the Keeseville council. Anyone interested in participating is encouraged to contact the Grand Knight or me! St. Mary s Catholic School in Ticonderoga will be opening on time for school this fall! Knights of Columbus councils throughout the Northern Conference helped contribute a large portion of the financial support needed. A show of further support is encouraged for Knights to attend the dedication Mass on Sunday, September 6 th at 9:00 AM with Bishop LaValley! Reminder of the upcoming Northern Conference events: The NYS Council is planning Officers Training sessions once again. The tentative date for our area is Saturday, September 19 th at St. Peter s in Plattsburgh. The Fall Northern Conference meeting will be on Sunday, September 27 th at Dannemora.
