2 Three Missing Stones Ezekiel 28:13-15 Eze 28:13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. Eze 28:14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. Exo 28:18 And the second row shall be an emerald, a sapphire, and a diamond. Exo 28:19 And the third row a ligure, an agate, and an amethyst. Exo 28:20 And the fourth row a beryl, and an onyx, and a jasper: they shall be set in gold in their inclosings. Exo 28:21 And the stones shall be with the names of the children of Israel, twelve, according to their names, like the engravings of a signet; every one with his name shall they be according to the twelve tribes. (verse 10 follows the same order for the shoulder onyx stones) According to their she m Hebrew word that means according to their position - BIRTH ORDER.

7 Three Missing Stones Genesis 29:32 Genesis 30 Birth Order of the sons of Israel Genesis 49 Chapter of Blessings different order from their birth, but describes the spirit of the sons. We will specifically look at the missing stones and see what the scripture says about their purpose to find what was missing from Lucifer in a moment. However, before we do let s discuss what these stones represent going further than just the breastplate of the High Priest:

Notice the names of the apostles of the Lamb and the twelve tribes in the verse proceeding this. Ephesians 2:20 The FOUNDATION of the Apostles and Prophets Jesus Christ being the CHIEF CORNERSTONE.

Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. Iniquity not just evil, but WILLFUL SIN. Those that do NOT depart from their own will. This is what Hebrews 10:26 Heb 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, (Note the difference between David and Saul)

10 Three Missing Stones Lucifer has no chance of repentance. He used his God given talents and abilities for his own glory, and has been rejected by God. That is the spirit that is the prince and power of the air (Eph 2) that works in the children of disobedience. God gave the priesthood 3 stones that he did not give Lucifer. The priesthood of the Levites is a type of the NT Priesthood (Kings and Priest) Jesus Christ being the High Priest after the order of Melchisedec. Therefore, by examining the blessings of Genesis 49 for the 3 tribes that represent the stones that were not in Lucifer s Covering reveal a tremendous understanding of the unique ability of redeemed humanity that Lucifer simply does not have the capacity to perform.

11 Three Missing Stones Ligure (Gad) The Blessing of Gad OVERCOMER Redeem humanity is overcomers. Gen 49:19 Gad, a troop shall overcome him: but he shall overcome at the last. Hebrew name Gad means troop an ARMY of overcomers. Orpah and Ruth An overcomer faced with no hope in land of Moab losing her husband she encouraged both her daughter in laws (Ruth and Naomi) to go into Moab and live a new life without her as she was going to return to the House of Bread (Bethlehem) despite the circumstances surrounding her as far as her eye can see, Ruth determined no matter what coaxing of natural wisdom that she would not settle for Moab (the world) but no matter what the cost or future that should could see that she chose the kingdom of God and overcame the temptation to stay in her familiar environment.

Rth 1:15 And she said, Behold, thy sister in law is gone back unto her people, and unto her gods: return thou after thy sister in law. Gen 49:20 Out of Asher his bread shall be fat, and he shall yield royal dainties. I can be bitter or I can be better. It is one little letter. I even I makes the difference. (Sis Broussard) Zerubabbel had everything against him to become bitter and not be used of God.

Zerubabbel = architect and builder of second temple Hebrew name means Sown in Babylon Little do we hear his name attached to that temple, opposite of Lucifer, made himself of no reputation and produced good fruit to become a leader in Haggai and receive the signet from God. You know a man s real character when you see how he treats his subordinates when power is given to him. (Missionary Wheeler)

16 Three Missing Stones Amethyst (Issachar) Gen 49:14 Issachar is a strong ass couching down between two burdens: Gen 49:15 And he saw that rest was good, and the land that it was pleasant; and bowed his shoulder to bear, and became a servant unto tribute. The Hebrew name Issachar means recompense. The opposite of Lucifer s selfishness represents a burden bearing heart aware of the consequences of actions which weighs upon the heart to serve others and considering the eternal view instead of the immediate view. Redeem humanity should (2 nd commandment) love our neighbor as ourselves.

17 Three Missing Stones Burden Bearer Mordecai = Little Man also verified from a Jewish Rabbi that the name means bruised SERVANT and sweet smelling incense. Mordecai held nothing back from God and carried a burden for the survival of His People. He raised his niece, Esther and refused to bow down to Haman. He was called on by the king to be honored because of his service to reveal a plot to murder the king. He also reminded Esther that God allowed to her to become the king s wife and reminded her of the burden (responsibility) to not take the comfort of her position for granted, but that she was indeed a Jew and would suffer the same affliction if the evil plan of Haman succeeded. For such a time as this. She went into the King s chamber uninvited after Mordecai and the people joined her on a fast to prepare. Haman died on his own gallows and Esther and Mordecai were exalted, the Feast of Purim represents their God ordained ability to fight back against Haman s death declaration to their people and the Jews survived.

18 Three Missing Stones Conclusion Mat 13:41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; Mat 13:42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Mat 13:43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear. The wheat = burden bearer, overcomer, fruit yielder The tares = no fruit, no burden, overcome of the world If we can allow the Spirit of God to build the kingdom in our own lives, we will overcome, we will yield good fruit, and be servants in the kingdom of God. Let s pray that God makes us assets in His Kingdom.
